The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Come and visit our cozy annex, which is centrally located on the island. From here, it is only a few kilometers to the beach and the charming marina in Ballen. In addition, the annex is a short walk from the main street in Tranebjerg with various shops, shopping and restaurants. The annex is 30 m2, with a well-equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom with shower and a large living room with dining area, sofa and double bed. From the annex and the terrace, there is a view of the fields and a small glimpse of the sea via the garden.

The house is 115 square meters and is located in the quiet village of Kolby in the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a newly renovated country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 toilets (one with bath) and 3 bedrooms with double/2 single beds as well as a smaller room with bunk bed, which should only be used by people up to 170 cm. In total, there are 8 beds. There is also a weekend bed incl. duvet for children from 0-2 years. Outdoors, you can enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and the children can play on the large lawn.

Our annex consists of bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom with soda. There is a double bed, dining area, and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and stove. (No hob) Free coffee/tea is available. There is a terrace door next to a private tiled terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill. Car/bicycles can be parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is located 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several restaurants nearby. The annex is adjacent to a green area.
