Our house is located in the center; 200 meters from the beach, restaurants and cafes. Our home, which we designed for your comfort, is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Our house is newly maintained, in two-storey detached, garden and furnished places. As a location 200 meters from the sea. We are at a distance of Ayvalık center, there is a 5-10 minute walking center to Macaron, Palabahce, Talat dessert shop, toaster bazaar. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.

Our house is a great break point, especially for those who will travel between Istanbul and Izmir and the south Aegean, 1 hour from Izmir, 15 minutes from Akhisar, 45 minutes from Bergama, and is a fully furnished house with a total capacity of 7 people and six beds with central heated air conditioning. Since it has a very spacious kitchen, it is also a comfortable working space. With its location in the city center, you can easily meet all your needs.
