In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

The Rose Tree House is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Written Stone Natúrpark, accessible by asphalt and forest roads.
