Holiday rentals with beach access in Balestrate

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

Alberto was an excellent host that was proactive so he could be there at the same time to welcome us. He not only welcomed us into the apartment but left us water, wine & coffee and showed us around the area. Beautiful balcony with stunning sunsets over the sea. Fully stocked kitchen. Alberto was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Dom jest położony w spokojnej okolicy. Cudowny widok na plażę z tarasu. Piękny czas spędzony z dziećmi na spokojnym wypoczynku. Plaża czysta, często byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi na niej w zasięgu wzroku (pobyt w maju). Nathalie jest bardzo gościnna. Przygotowała dla nas dom oraz wskazówki co do pobytu. W domu były przygotowane zabawki plażowe, co było dużym atutem. Apartament jest duży i spokojnie mieścił 7 osób (5 dorosłych i 2 dzieci). Alcamo Marine jest dobrym miejscem na wypoczynek w Palermo, jeśli szuka się miejsca blisko piaszczystej plaży oraz bazy wypadowej kierunku Trapani czy Palermo. Widok morza codziennie porankiem będziemy wspominać przez lata ☺️

Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Wir haben es bei unserem Check-in sehr sauber vorgefunden. Besonders gefiel uns die Dachterasse mit Blick zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer und in die Berge. Die Kommunikation mit Salvatore hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Gern Wieder:)

Really lovely apartment - clean, comfortable, great views of the water, breezy and light filled and within easy walking of most things you'll need in Trapani. There is also a green grocer's across the street and alimentari nearby. Beautifully quiet by day but more lively at night (mainly from street noise - cars, motorbikes etc) We found that was easily managed though by closing the windows and turning on the air-con. Fabio is a great host - very friendly and helpful.

Beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Die Terrasse ist einfach eine Sensation und man will eigentlich gar nicht das Haus verlassen, weil die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Berge einfach toll ist. Terrasse von anderen Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Es gibt sogar mehrere Beleuchtungsoptionen für die Nacht - an alles ist gedacht. Einzig die Anfahrt durch die Altstadt ist je nach Autogröße nervenaufreibend, aber machbar. Es gibt aber auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (unter anderem über Easypark buchbar) direkt 2 Minuten ums Eck. Achtung im Sommer bzw. zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten: Es gibt im Ort verkehrsbeschränkte Zonen (ZTL), in die man mit dem Mietauto nicht reinfahren/durchfahren darf. Kameras erfassen alles und die Strafen können im Nachhinein richtig teuer werden. Einfach vorher informieren oder nachfragen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal um schnell zum tollen Strand zu kommen. Ebenso ist man schnell in Dorf bei den Restaurants oder Bäcker. Wir haben uns frühs immer Cornettis geholt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Auf der Dachterasse befindet sich ein Whirlpool den man sich mit den anderen Gästen teilt (kein Winter Whirlpool, falls man das von den Bildern her denkt). Vom Dach hat man auch eine Mega tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Dort gibt es Sonnenliegen, Tische und Stühle sowie eine Dusche. Insgesamt entsprach alles unseren Erwartungen und wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Outstanding stay in beautiful Alcamo apartment! The space was absolutely gorgeous and incredibly spacious, perfect for our needs. Our host was exceptional, responding quickly to every question and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the apartment’s stunning design to the seamless communication. The location in Alcamo was wonderful, and we felt completely at home. Alessandro went above and beyond for us. He truly cares about his guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sicily. A perfect 10/10 experience in every way!

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt in Marias Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber. Maria hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne, große und praktische Küche, alles vorhanden, macht Spaß dort zu kochen. Super Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Genau für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung wollen und die Seele baumeln lassen wollen. Maria ist sehr sympathisch und ein Herzensmensch. Sie war sehr diskret, für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter und sind am überlegen, ob wir nächstes Jahr selbst wieder dahin fahren :-) Vielen Dank liebe Maria Ciao, a presto

Vincenza si è dimostrata da subito cordiale e accogliente. E’ stato facile instaurare sin da subito un rapporto di empatia e collaborazione. La casa è splendida e ti fa vivere l’esperienza di una casa a pochi passi dal mare. Ci si sente a casa e allo stesso tempo in vacanza. Semplicemente meraviglioso. Se dovessimo tornare a Scopello, e ci torneremo, Vincenza sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

The view from the deck was incredibly beautiful, with vistas of the ocean, mountains, and an ancient tower. There was a cove on property, a 4 minute walk to a public beach, and walkable to restaurants and the Zingaro. The house itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. All in all we had a wonderful vacation.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Could not recommend this beautiful Airbnb more! Was undoubtedly the best experience I’ve had. The apartment is more beautiful in real life and there is the sweetest little pathway down the beach 2 seconds from the apartment… We had coffee every morning at the little shop at the end of the road and spent our days at Casa Maje - a magical beach club run by very special people. Thank you so much Maria Teresa! This is a very special find and we will absolutely be back! For sure!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. Lovely little apartment almost on the beach! Davide was quick to respond to any questions we had, and we were able to find everything without issue. Having a covered parking space is also a significant bonus (but you’ll definitely have an easier time manoeuvring with a smaller car or one with parking sensors).

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. I can’t recommend Enrico’s property enough. Grazie Mille Enrico!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wie zu Hause gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Makellose Unterkunft, sehr schön gelegen mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer und Berge. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Super geräumig mit sehr schöner Terrasse. Schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und schönen Blick. 300 Meter zum schönen Strand. Zum Ort mit vielen Restaurants ca 1,5 km. Nette Gastgeber die jederzeit erreichbar waren und gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben haben. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wir haben eine Woche in dem tollen Apartment verbracht. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung aber dies war kein Problem. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Strand, Einkaufsstraße und Restaurants -alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hinterhof mit Orangen und Zitronenbäumen ist ein Traum, wir haben jeden Morgen frischen Orangensaft genossen. Wenn wir etwas „bemängeln“ würden dann, dass es etwas wenig Ablagemögkichkeiten gibt und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer (für uns) etwas zu hart war. Alles in allem sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time
