Holiday houses in Balda

I could not think of a better location. All the museums, restaurants and churches were within a minutes walk. Cristian was a great communicator and got back to me with all my questions within minutes. Would definitely come back!

Andrei & Pati’s apartament is very cozy, modern and functional, in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the city center. The underground parking at the location was a big plus. Andrei &Pati are very supportive and provide all the information needed. All in all, we had a great stay in this location.

The appartment looks just like in the pictures, furniture looks new, it is very clean and comes with very nice details- some biscuits and cereals and a bottle of cold water. Sergiu provides in his flat more than you‘ll find in other appartments. The feel good effect comes also fron the very nicely choosen decoration. The location is more than great! Just 5 minutes away from Julius Mall shopping center where you can find several restaurants, a food court, cinema, stores. A pharmacy and other supermarkets are also a few minutes away. The area is great also if you travel with children as there are playgrounds in the proximity. Sergiu was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smooth and it was pleasant to live in his appartment- if I come a next time I will definitely choose this appartment again!

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed! The place is not just beautiful and super well-equipped, but it also has a really warm, homey vibe. The hosts were amazing — so kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We had a fantastic time and would come back in a heartbeat!

apartamentul este frumos. trebuie umpic de renovare, si niste perdele de intunecat si de zi. caloriferu intr-o camera trebuie fixat...intr-un cuvant trebuie niste mentenanță(renovare) spalate covoarele si prafu de pe dulapuri sus..gazda de nota 10. dar trebuie sa mai bage mana in buzunar sa mai renoveze. nu doar sa incaseze

Very nice and cozy place where you can crush, the Apartament has a beautiful view, the host was very responsive. I gladly recommend this place.

Desi am stat in zeci si zeci de airbnb-uri asta este unul dintre cele mai bune. Mi-a placut curatenia care este exemplara, calitatea pernelor si a saltelei, confortul, in general si bineinteles ciubarul care a dat vacantei o savoare speciala. Proprietarii au acordat o atentie deosebita detaliilor si asta se vede la fiecare pas. Recomand.
