The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms, comfortable for 8 people. Bright spaces, nice interior, and a well-kept garden await you. The beach is just 800 meters away and offers a unique experience of the beaches of Lake Balaton with its sandy beach, surf school, water slides, giant slide, children's pool, volleyball and beach handball pitch.

There is an easement road through the plot, which is rarely used by the owner due to his residence abroad. The house has a 1800 sqm grassed plot, which provides free parking for our guests. The ground floor terrace offers a partial panorama, while the first floor terrace offers a full panorama of Badacsony and the harbour.

It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. A tiny house on top of an old cellar at the skirts of Szent Gyorgy hill in the Badacsony wine region. It was recently renovated in a rustic but modern way - a wide double bed, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen, a huge patio and AC is there for your comfort. Just watch in the evening as the sunset paints golden the tabletop mountains of the Tapolca Valley. Lake Balaton is a 10 minutes scenic drive and there are plenty of options nearby for excursions and other activities.
