Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Balatonfűzfő

A lovely homey spot in Balatongyörök, we felt welcome with toddlers and a dog too. You can walk to the beach and small groceries and restaurants. Its peaceful inside and out. Amazingly equipped kitchen with everything you may need. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. Absolutely recommend.

We were there with two small children and had a great time. With the pool, the climbing frame and the large garden, it was perfect for the children's urge to move. The kitchen is also better equipped than we are used to, only the dishwasher is missing. Even basics such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar were not available, we had to buy them, but we have left them for future guests :) The communication was always great and Agnes on site is also totally friendly! We would come again and again and can absolutely recommend it!

Everything you need is in the house, even more spacious than the pictures. Despite the spring time, we caught an unexpected cold, thanks to the various heating options, it was still very comfortable.:) the view is beautiful and the access to the house is provided on good quality roads. Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

Andrea runs her place with a real heart and pays attention to detail. Nicely organized with a garden and lots of fruit. It's also a convenient distance to several good restaurants and breakfast places, such as the Equestrian Harbour and the Bubble in the Group. It is mentioned in the description, but it can be deceptive in the "Entire Home" category as in fact only 2 rooms and a bedroom are given to the guest on the floor of a house. So the place isn't primarily private, it's more cozy :)

We had a great time at the lovely house. The lake and a really nice beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are some hiking/running routes in the forest close to the house. We enjoyed the terrace a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication was easy. We would definitely come again. :)

The accommodation had a very nice outdoor area. You could have a good time and had a great view of Lake Balaton. Communication with Ágnes was very good. She had responded immediately to all matters and was super accommodating. Absolutely recommended:)

Great location, in a picturesque, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. An apartment with unique decor, clean, tidy, all the essentials and amenities available on the property. The host is a very positive person. He showed a lot of commitment, openness, was very helpful, and you could count on him. We felt at home. I would recommend to anyone!

We came to Lake Balaton and Tünde was able to discover a great little apartment with all the necessary equipment for a good rest.

An outstanding property! Zoltan is an outstanding host; warm, approachable, highly responsive and super helpful. The apartment is a real gem. It’s imaginatively designed and extremely well appointed including luxury furniture. The air con works and works really well! In bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. The type of place that really adds value to a holiday. The garden is really beautiful too. A product of care and love over a number of years. Highly recommended

Amazing hospitality received by Ivett’s Husband! The place is confirmed to all description. Everything was great. Only thing when the house is full, we can easily hear from other apartments which is tricky when customers don’t behave. I had to ask to put down music coming from Level 1. Thank you for the very very nice stay.

Great place, close to the lake within walking distance, great host, clear instructions

We were extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and Máté's helpfulness, flexibility and reception. Balatonfüred was within walking distance, but we still had such a quiet and close to nature accommodation that we loved waking up every morning to the chirping of the birds. We would like to return to them in the near future, they did not disappoint us🤩 Thanks again for everything!

Everything was super cool, the hosts were very friendly, the kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was very nice and clean. Everything was exactly as described, we would stay here again anytime.

We would recommend staying in this beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with a living room. Fantastic view of Balaton from the terrace. Hard mattresses - for me, it was the only subjective inconvenience. I highly recommend it.

We felt very comfortable with Steven and also had good communication. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier for personal reasons, but this has nothing to do with the quality of the accommodation. You can recommend the place if the weather is nice, otherwise it is very quiet. All in all great stay.

This is a nice town to check out… definitely in its own bubble. I did not have an international sim so I had to walk around a bit before I could communicate with the host. It would help with self check in, getting onto the wifi and then staying in touch with the host. Would definitely visit again

We stayed here with our three young kids, and it was perfect! The location is amazing—everything you need is just a short walk away. The private parking spot was super convenient for day trips around the lake to visit other towns. George was really helpful and quick to reply both before we arrived and when we were checking out. Highly recommend!
