Kertünkben bútorozott teraszok, jakuzzi és sütőgető is megtalálható. 2 autónak zárt parkolási lehetőség megoldott.

Nyaralóházunk 2022-ben épült Zamárdiban, a Balaton partjától 150 méterre. A 180 négyzetméteres ház kétszinten, 8 férőhellyel, minden luxus igényt kielégítve, 4 hálószobával, két fürdővel, tágas konyhával és étkezővel, nagy nappalival és egy 40 négyzetméteres fedett terasszal várja a pihenni vágyókat. A ház mennyezet és padló fűtéssel-hűtéssel van felszerelve, mely stabil, egyenletes hőmérsékletet biztosít az összes helységben. A nagy nyári melegben egy medence várja a hűsölni vágyókat.

Our house is located in the resort area of Balatonfüred, which provides a calm, quiet environment for holidaymakers here. Our attraction is that we rent out the entire house and do not distribute our properties to apartments! Those who stay with us consider the proximity to the waterfront are important, they don't like to share a garden or property with others. Three generations of families and adult groups are looking for our properties, and more and more of our returning guests.

The guest house has a living room, a dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a terrace. Both kitchens are brand new and fully equipped: cooktop, extractor fan, oven, microwave oven, fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffe machine and full dinnerware for 12.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

Lóci Villa is a peaceful hillside retreat in Tihany with sweeping views of Lake Balaton. Built from local lava stone, it’s fully equipped for comfort — from fireplaces and steam bath to sunlit terraces. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a wine cellar and lush garden, it’s ideal for cozy evenings, creative winter escapes, walks, bike rides, or simply unwinding in warmth and quiet.

Tabódy Villa

In the middle of the vineyards on the northern shore of Lake Balaton lies the Tabódy Villa, built in the mid-19th century, high above Lake Balaton. The property was renovated in 2011. In the course of these construction measures, a luxurious guest apartment on approx. 150m² was built in the former attic. Since 2013, the old part of the villa can also be rented.
