Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Balatonalmádi

We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. You really need to take care of the head. :) The street is tidy and quiet. The only negative thing we encountered is the neighbor in the back, where if there's a party (we ran into the morning bloomer), you can't sleep in the loft from the noise. The room downstairs and the couch were a great place for us, and it was quiet. The playroom deserves a huge plus point. We had a great time!

Everything you need is in the house, even more spacious than the pictures. Despite the spring time, we caught an unexpected cold, thanks to the various heating options, it was still very comfortable.:) the view is beautiful and the access to the house is provided on good quality roads. We arrived with two babies and a four-year-old. We had a good time in the tastefully renovated cottage. Everything was really cozy. :)

We felt completely comfortable in the Füge-Vendégház. The location and the panorama inspired us. The house is very cozy and spacious. The terrace offers both sunny and shady spots – ideal for relaxing. The garden is wonderfully green, with many trees and plants. The pool is large enough and was always very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed linen pleasant and beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean and easy to use. The location is excellent: several wine terraces are nearby and can also be reached on foot. Lake Balaton (Alsóörs beach) is only about five minutes away by car. The view from the upper terrace to the lake is particularly beautiful in the evening. The hostess and the host were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back anytime!

We had an unforgettable 3-night stay at Uncle Paul’s place in Balatonfüred. It truly felt like visiting family. Uncle Paul speaks excellent English and is incredibly knowledgeable, not just about wine, but also about local history, plants, and culture. He welcomed us with such kindness: picking us up from the train station (even with our two huge suitcases!), treating us to wine tasting while sharing his deep knowledge of Hungarian wines - how they’re made, where they come from, and what goes into them. He also generously offered us homemade Hungarian fish soup, fresh fruits and nuts from his garden, and even took time to drive us to beautiful Tihany. Uncle Paul has travelled to many countries and shared fascinating stories that kept us smiling and laughing. We drank together, sang together, danced together, and had the most wonderful holiday. Three nights were far too short, we left with full hearts and lovely memories. Thank you, Uncle Paul!

We spent a long weekend at Viktor's house, a super clean, cozy, well-equipped house with an amazing garden, the perfect location for families and friends alike.

A perfect retreat to relax and unwind. Greg was an exceptional host who explained everything about the region and gave us lots of information about local restaurants and vineyards. The apartment was perfect for our group of four. The pool area was great which is super relaxed and peaceful. There is also facilities to cook a BBQ with a seating area, fire pit (although we didn’t have time to use it) and darts! Greg’s apartment is perfect to use a base with a car to explore this side of Lake Balaton!

The house is absolutely beautiful and has a great location.

Such a sweet, little house with a beautiful view from almost every room of the lake. We immediately felt comfortable, loved the fireplace and enjoyed the tranquility here. Lea was great. She was available and gave us good tips. We can only recommend it. And if you feel like visiting Budapest, you will find a good train connection here.

We had a great stay m in August at this beautiful house, very precisciously for this hot period equipped with air condition. Enough space for 6 people and everything clean. Easy and flexible checkin. Walking distance to a great gelateria, some restaurants and the beach / promenade and train station.

The house was completely as described in the description and photos. Just an awesome view from the terrace on the 1st and 2nd floors. Quiet, birds singing, well-maintained grounds - all you need for a good holiday. The house had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. A wonderful vacation home with a well-equipped kitchen and nicely renovated interiors. We spent a super seven years here, Ákos is a very kind and helpful host, we were able to communicate easily. We would love to come back here again!

We enjoyed our vacation here; the garden is nice and big, and it was nice to sit out in the morning or after a bath in the porch swing or in the rocking chair. We were particularly happy with the ping pong table because we played a lot. We could get to the beach easily and quickly with the scooter, but there are even bicycles if someone wants to use them. The house was clean and tidy (kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms), and there were all the necessary tools for cooking. Balaton is also a short walk distance from the house. We'd love to go again!
