Comfortable modern, cozy apartment in a quiet green area. It has a separate entrance, upstairs kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms, which are equipped with air conditioning. The apartment also has a cozy balcony overlooking the garden and the barbecue terrace. There is a trampoline and a swing for children in the garden. The covered barbecue terrace has a 10-person beer table with benches and a hammock, where you can dine, barbecue and drink wine comfortably.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

Our brand new holiday home is open for rent all year around in a safe and calm environment. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Well-known Hungarian architect Tamas Nagy designed and built this house in the last years of his life. The 100 sq m house has 4 terraces, 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Guests can experience the architect's concept of space – a precise combination of design, sunlight, and silence. The enormous glass surfaces allow you to be truly immersed in nature while enjoying an amazing view of the hills of Zebegény.

Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
