The kitchen is spacious and opens onto the living room, which has a very soft sofa and a cosy dining area. The office awaits you there, the bedding is new, and the rooms overlook our inner courtyard, which is very private and quiet. (No car noise). Close to nature, with plenty of outings possible, close to the A64!

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

For nature lovers: - Close to many hiking trails (including the GR10) - About 30 minutes from Guzet ski resort. - Possibility of swimming in the natural pools of the Salat. For shopping: shops 10 minutes by car and markets including Saint-Girons.

Located at the foot of the Ariégeoises Pyrenees, just 5 minutes from St-Girons and the City of St-Lizier, 1 hour from Toulouse, 2 hours from Andorra and 1 hour from summer and winter sports resorts. The house has 3 bedrooms (beds are 140) and 2 bathrooms. Electricity: €0.23/kW. €6 per bag for the pellet stove. Bed linen possible: €15/bed
