Fantastic stay in Pedro's home from home, Pedro was very friendly and helpful, and the property was just what we wanted for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, and a great location for us to explore the wonderful north of Portugal. Stayed for about 10 days, and enjoyed every minute. Thank you very much to Pedro and his family.

Casa da Fonte in Seixomil is a very pleasant place. We had already been there in 2024 and we came back because we liked it a lot. We are 10... 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 boys (12 to 7 years old). 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, a large lawn, a swimming pool, a reading area and a well-organised barbecue area that we used a lot. Close to the hot springs, and a safe space well explored by the boys. Thanks to Monica and David

The space visited is truly welcoming, offering what is strictly necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The simplicity of the place and the houses does not compromise the quality of the experience, providing an environment where you feel at home. One of the most notable points is the complete isolation of the site. This feature guarantees an atmosphere of tranquility, ideal for those looking for a refuge away from the noise and hustle and bustle of urban life. Peace and silence are predominant, excellent for walking tours, reading, photographs, etc. In addition, we had the opportunity to interact with the very friendly and kind locals allowing us to participate with the children in their tasks with the animals. In short, this space is an excellent choice for those looking for a simple but welcoming environment. We were two families and we used both houses, an ideal situation because the common spaces are to share. Thanks ! Silvia.

Noelia's house is as it appears in the images, it has everything you need to make yourself at home and it was very clean . It's in a wonderful setting, surrounded by greenery you see where you look, you can only hear silence, nature and a small stream that allow a total disconnection from the city life that is what we were looking for. Noelia was very kind at all times, she gave us many recommendations of places to visit in the area and always responded to our messages at the moment. It has a good location to enjoy natural landscapes of both Galicia and Northern Portugal and supermarkets within a 10-minute drive. We were very comfortable and would return without hesitation!!

We have had an excellent time. The town of Gerês and São Bento da Porta Aberta provided a quiet visit to Gerês and São Bento da Porta Aberta. Great location with restaurants and mini-markets nearby so we can make/have lunch. The house allows us to go hiking or long runs in the middle of nature observing small streams and beautiful landscapes. It was a very good experience. The house was in great condition and has all the conditions to receive families. Thanks to Sara who guided us in our stay and who didn't let us miss anything.

We were a group of 4 adults, a 9 month old baby, a 2 year old, 2 dogs, and the house was perfect for everybody! Great space inside and outside (dogs enjoyed a lot exploring around, very safe), big bedrooms - each one had its own bathroom (they provided a cot for our little one), and a very well equipped kitchen. Isaque and his mom were very responsive, caring and available, made our stay super comfortable, providing some nice little "gifts" and local treats for us to enjoy along the days. We had a lovely and peaceful time. The pool is amazing, it had nice views as well. Not much to do around the area (I'd recommend to take everything you need for the entire stay), just little walks or hiking (you need a car to reach the closest town or the mini market), so if you are looking to spend some days with family, just enjoying nature and away from the every-day-rush, this is your place.

Perfect home for a few days of rest with friends or family! Spacious, well cared for and with lots of green spaces. Access to the house is simple and the property is not far from the centre of Braga, which makes it easy to get around and access supermarkets and other services.

Aurora was a fabulous host, very accommodating & friendly. We loved our time staying at Casa Lima. The place was in a private and beautiful location, which hosted a group of 11 people. We enjoyed having fresh bread delivered by Aurora daily, which made for a lovely experience. The place was clean and tidy with lots of space. All bedrooms had bathrooms, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, and we enjoyed swimming in the pool.

We spent a family weekend at Guillermo's house and it was wonderful. Everything perfectly equipped, the pool and garden very well maintained and very fun, offering the possibility of water activities with the paddle surf board or the boat. In addition, our dog was very comfortable, it is a pleasure that animals are allowed in the house. To repeat! We ran out of days :)

A comfortable cabin with the most amazing view

A Hidden Gem in Nature! We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning farmhouse! The setting is absolutely serene—surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air. The highlight for us was definitely the natural water tank. It felt like our own private spring-fed pool—so refreshing and peaceful, especially in the mornings. The farmhouse itself is beautifully maintained, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. The interiors were cozy and spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping coffee on the porch while looking out over the landscape was pure magic. Our host was warm, welcoming, and very responsive, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to disconnect from the hustle and reconnect with nature, this place is a dream. We can’t wait to return!

Our family stay at Casa Da Touça was wonderful! The home was perfect, it had everything we needed for our week stay. The beds were so comfortable. The house itself was very comfortable and spacious. The pool was spotless and well maintained. Our kids swam daily for hours and had so much fun. We also spent every night on the patio watching the sun set across the mountains. Maria is so kind and welcoming, we were greeted with such hospitality and a delicious spread of pastries and breads. We felt like family. She is so passionate about her guests comforts. Maria is very responsive to any questions. She provided a number of guidebooks and pamphlets of places and restaurants to visit close by. Casa Da Touça is a gem and we highly recommend it!!

The house is beautiful, we loved it, a quiet area with nice views. The bathrooms with heated floors are a pleasure when you get out of the shower and the house is nice and warm. The hosts are very friendly and attentive at all times. We felt right at home. A 10. I recommend it 100%.

We had a gorgeous stay at Matriz’s villa and the view from the pool area was absolutely breathtaking - better than the photos. Matriz was a lovely host who did everything he could to ensure we enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend.

nice place to be and to visit Geres park

Relatively easy access (mountain roads), located in a small village 5 minutes' drive from a supermarket and cafes/pizzeria, stone house completely remodeled inside, equipped kitchen, well-decorated living room, a large balcony with a spectacular view and a very cool swimming pool with ice-cold water.

Wonderful place and town. Beautiful and breath-taking landscapes. I highly recommend Salomé's place.

Amélia and Joa were really great hosts!! We arrived much later than expected and they were very accommodating. We got greeted with freshly picked strawberries and a warm welcoming smile. We will definitely go back!!

Our host (Liliana) was very kind and caring to us. She accompanied us from the beginning to the end, she is a person who listens and knows how to welcome. The place is very cute, the view is great, we had a great stay. The house is very well maintained, we are very satisfied. We'll be back. 😀 Thank you again Liliana, see you soon.

On the positive side, the place lived up to its description. Fatima was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience better. There were enough parking spaces for three cars. On the negative side, the hot water reservoir wasn't sufficient for ten people to take showers. As a result, some of us had to take cold showers every day. Additionally, the location is situated on narrow roads, making it challenging to reach by car.

Vitor was a perfect host. The house was as seen in the photos and had everything you need to spend an incredible stay. the garden and pool area is mind-blowing and the house is very comfortable and with everything you need. a 15'sono Arcos De Valdevez y Ponte da Barca with supermarkets,restaurants. close to the house there are many walking trails. Vitor also left us a bed for our dog and bowls for his food and drink. we'll definitely do it again.

If you're looking for rest and some time out of the rush of the city, come here. The house is situated in the countryside near a river with a nice view of the valley. It is super quiet with lots of space and the house is fully equipped for cooking every night and even making fresh orange juice in the morning. Christine is super lovely and even helped with the coal bbq when we wanted to cook out in the sunny afternoon. This was our favourite airbnb in Portugal.
