We had a great time in Afife and enjoyed our stay at Joaos place. The location was very quiet (except the Honda shop across the street in the daytime) and Afife has not much to offer, which was okay for us but should be known in advance if you plan on eating outside. Porto is great to be reached by train and the beach is very close. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms there’s enough space for a big group and everything was very comfortable. The pool was open already and was cleaned during our stay. The only thing which I would point out on the negative side is that when we arrived it smelled a bit mouldy, probably due to the rainy weather and the fact that 3 of the bathrooms don’t have windows. The staircase to the lower part of the house is very steep. That’s a fact you should know when travelling with small kids. Joao was perfect to contact and always responded quickly whenever there were any questions. Thanks for having us. We would totally recommend to stay at his place.

Really beautiful home with stunning views, absolutely loved our stay here thanks for having us. Fully equipped kitchen and the space is absolutely gorgeous throughout. Brilliant outdoor area for dining and sunbathing. Garden and pool in full sunshine whenever you want to use them but a nice shaded area for dining. Only slight disappointment was the home did not have air con as advertised (it was underfloor heating) so we were quite hot at night and struggled to sleep. The heating system was adjusted and our host provided fans for each bedroom to try and help cool the house. Overall fantastic property.

Impeccable and pleasant space to spend a good time with family or friends. André was very helpful in everything he could and quickly answered any question, always being available. The area is also beautiful with a view of the mountains, calm, and friendly.

It was great, Mr. Rui was extremely friendly, super attentive and showed us all the surroundings very well. The house is very good, we stayed in the upper house and everything was impeccable, even the toilet was sealed. The pool is great, we enjoyed it a lot! Very grateful for the wonderful stay.

Few words reflect how good our stay at Iris D'Arga was. João and Astrid are lovely hosts who make you feel at home from the start. The house is beautiful and well decorated and equipped, even inspiring. The pool is great for spending great summer afternoons. And Serra D'Arga is magnificent. For those who like trails, biking, waterfalls, fauna, etc., I recommend it 200%. If you don't like any of that, the recommendation is the same because there is no shortage of things to do around Covas. In short, super recommended and we still came away with a great memory of wood from such a wise workshop with João.

Our stay has exceeded our expectations, David at all times has been very attentive to us, he has a small orchard of which we have tried practically everything, he always had some detail with us. The house was like being in ours, we were going with a baby and left it totally adapted. It is very well located, close to the highway to be able to move, since we have been 15 days and we wanted to be able to move. Definitely if we return in that area we will return to Casa Osdailla.

very pleasant stay in a quiet area, well located and in a charming house

We spent santa week at Luci's house and we loved it. We were able to enjoy the natural environment that surrounds the village. It is also very close to Vigo by car, as well as other Galician cities or towns. The house is very nicely cared for and the cleanliness is impeccable. Luci, the hostess, is a very lovely person. He was always friendly and helped us with recommendations.

we had a wonderful time, the house is ideal, it has everything you need. The covered terrace and the fully glazed room allow you to enjoy the great garden even if it is cold or hot. An ideal place to rest and enjoy nature, a great experience nor was we bothered by the national blackout we suffered during our stay i hope to be able to come

Very satisfied with the space, with the necessary amenities, the enclosed garage is an asset. The place is far enough from the centre to be extremely quiet but you can quickly get there by car. A pleasant surprise!!!

It is a charming house surrounded by grove, ideal for resting, decorated to detail with great taste and good views. Alfredo and his wife are ten welcomed us in the house with some snacks and a good wine, which to say of the detail for the little one, they gave us places to eat in the area and our stay was wonderful, we will definitely repeat.

Mari's house is decorated with extremely good taste and is located in the center of a very beautiful village (the snow). We were 7 guests and had a great time. The house has 3 floors. Downstairs there is a living room, a laundry room, a bedroom (this bedroom has no door, but ends up having plenty of privacy) and a toilet. The teenagers loved the giant TV on this floor! On the middle floor are two more bedrooms, a toilet and the living room/kitchen. The view from the two bedrooms is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. There is also a mezzanine-type room upstairs (also without a door, but it turns out to have a lot of privacy). The outside also seemed to be extremely pleasant, but due to the cold/rain we could not enjoy it. Near the house there is a restaurant and a supermarket. In the main square there is a church and pharmacy. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the Monção area (only 15 minutes by car) or the Vigo area (40 minutes by car).

Great place would love to go back again!

The house is amazing. We were able to enjoy an unbeatable week as a family. The views from home are spectacular and close to both the beach and restaurants and supermarkets. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. In addition, Ana is super attentive, she was attentive to us at all times so that we will not be missing anything.

Lucas place is great! Clean, well distributed, awesome bed. The kitchen has all the tools you need to feel right at home. Lucas has created this super cozy home in a very old structure making the space functional and very interesting. The home is a stroll away from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. Enjoy great food and drink, a friendly environment and pristine air. Lucas is a devoted host! Very friendly, helpful and supportive. Our visit to Vigo was wonderful!

Lovely property in a quiet area on the edge of a lovely forest. Very well positioned to get to town, beaches and highway as well

Everything is very good

Jose was wonderful! He was so sweet to welcome us and show us around. He even encouraged us to use the pool, which we did since our legs were so sore and tired from the long day on the Camino :-) The large bottle of cold water for us was so greatly appreciated! We appreciated his help on how/where to do our laundry. It was a real plus that his place is right on the Camino!

What a great place! We had three lovely ladies to greet us and help us with our bags to the house, as well as one going with our driver to the private carpark nearby. The house is very clean and modern - it is small for 7 people & our bags, which is to be expected of the style of house but we loved our stay. There are so many bars and restaurants just around the corner, yet it is quiet at the house to sleep and relax. Thank you for having us Dora and to Ivanna and Anna for helping us, we really appreciate it.

Everything was great. A clean and comfortable house. Both check-in and check-out were very simple and Manuel was attentive to any problems that might arise. The house is 2 minutes from Baiona by car and you can park without any problems, both in the garage and on the street.
