We absolutely loved Tamara's place as well as the area. We are in love with the beach which is a super close walk and extremely convenient. Tamara was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Excelente alojamiento!! Súper completo, tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía sin preocuparse por nada, tanto en el baño como en la cocina. Muy limpio. Moderno. Bellamente decorado. La playa es bellísima, tranquila, y privada, al menos en las fechas que estuvimos nosotros, principio de Junio. La cama muy cómoda. Hay un bar/restaurante a 60 metros por la playa, donde se come muy bien. Volvería a este alojamiento sin dudarlo, y lo recomiendo totalmente!

I am a pretty regular visitor to the island. Have staid at many different locations over time. I loved the place. Nice arrival package that I'd actually useful. Not to mention the place has an air fryer. That was the one thing that put it into 5 star territory :). Kept me in decent snacks and reheated pizza that isnt ruined in a microwave for a week.

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

Alex’s place is amazing! He met us there for a super easy checkin, even though our flight was delayed by a day. The apartment is very spacious, well appointed, and has a gorgeous outside living area (covered). Alex also provided beach towels and chairs, as well as two sit-on-top kayaks! Its location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to tons of restaurants. The roads aren’t that easy to walk on, but there was also parking everywhere we went. There are a lot of dogs roaming the island, including this neighborhood so there’s barking, but they seem friendly. All in all, a lovely place to stay, and Alex is a top-notch host. I would highly recommend Alex’s place!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was just as described and perfect for a couple. Spent most evenings watching the sailboats in the harbor from our balcony. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and things to do. My only complaint is that i wasnt made aware that i needed to provide my own toliet paper (only 2 were provided for 8 nights). We were lucky to have a car and be able to run back to store again, but most airbnbs either provide enough or tell you prior to bring your own. The pool was nice, and i enjoyed it daily. We did have A LOT of difficulty finding the building, but that is our fault for not being able to read french LOL. Downloads those maps before you get there! Thanks for a great experience!

Een prachtig centraal gelegen appartement in Simpson Bay. Mooi ingericht en voorzien van werkelijk alles wat je tijdens je verblijf kan wensen. Van yoga mat tot een compleet ingerichte keuken. Met een heerlijk kingsize bed en fijne badkamer. De gastvrijheid van Glen en Jen is fantastisch. Zij checken regelmatig of alles naar wens is. Echt een aanrader voor een heerlijk relaxte vakantie in Sint Maarten!

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

We just got back from an incredible trip in SXM celebrating a milestone birthday with friends at this absolutely amazing villa! The villa is designed beautifully and so very comfortable. We were a group of three couples and it was the perfect amount of space. Melissa was an excellent host! We have traveled extensively and she was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We hired the chef she recommended and enjoyed delicious gourmet meals! All of her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We also went on a magical boat ride with a captain she recommended. Lastly, the location is so perfect! It was easy to get to many of the main beaches and super close to shopping. The short kayak ride to Pinel Island was a highlight of our trip, not to be missed!! We loved the option for easy, quick kayak adventures to explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Martin was extra wonderful thanks to Melissa and this fabulous villa! We hope to return someday!

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

Great place !! Loved the location and the villa was beautiful

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Le logement proposé par Aurélien était propre et très confortable. Sa localisation permet de se rendre à pied aussi bien à la plage qu'au centre ville. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent faire une petite escapade sur Marigot.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

This was a wonderful stay for my family. The house was accessible to lots of things nearby while situated in a peaceful community. The home was clean and more beautiful than the pictures show. Communication was great between the host. Great stay!

Jean Paul's place looks just like the pictures. The view of the lagoon is beautiful. Jean-Paul and his team are great; they are proactive, responsive, and always ready to make your stay comfortable. Definitely, I will stay in one of their properties again. A car is a must if you stay in this apartment; there are no nearby beaches, and most attractions are at least a 15-20-minute drive.

This was my 2nd time to the island again staying on the French side and my daughter and I loved it. This place is very walkable to the local shopping, restaurants, ferry terminal & more in Marigot. We felt safe walking at all times during our stay. We did not rent a car while on the island and instead opted to catch the public bus especially for traveling to the Dutch side. You can easily catch them in Marigot and just ask a local if u need help. The pool & beach onsite was a nice addition to have and wasn’t crowded at all. Everyone we saw in the bldg was very friendly and we will miss the cat that visited us daily. This unit is located on the side facing the street so there will be some noise from traffic during rush hour but it didn’t bother us at all. Her unit is at the end of 3 other units which makes it feel like your own private oasis. Sabrina was very communicative in providing some tips for our stay and I look forward to returning to her unit during our next visit!

We have always stayed at all inclusive resorts. We wanted to try something different but were hesitant about an Airbnb. Patrick's Villa was the first we viewed and nothing that we looked at online left the impression of La voyageur. Between the amazing reviews and beautiful decor, it just felt right. From our arrival, to departure and all the things in between, Patrick was an amazing host. From restaurant reservations to the best beach clubs, we were able to spend each second of our trip experiencing the best St. Martin had to offer. Patrick truly made our experience exceptional not to mention the unique atmosphere this flat provides. Beautiful views in a gated community with the best French cuisine within walking distance, we were truly in our perfect paradise. We purchased a few groceries and cooked a few times but ultimately felt at home. It was so very hard to leave. Thank you Patrick for offering a very special experience that we hope to revisit soon.

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. My girlfriend and I were blown away by how clean, comfortable, and well-stocked the place was from water, soda, and sunscreen to even phone chargers. The view of Saint Martin from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and made our trip even more memorable. We’ve had good hosts before, but Georgi was by far the most helpful and genuinely caring we've ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a beautiful Airbnb with a scenic view and an amazing host, this is definitely the one to book!

Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Preis für die Miete ist absolut fair. Das WLAN funktionierte schnell und zuverlässig. Die Umgebung mit den vielen Geschäften und den sehr netten Menschen hat uns viel Freude bereitet, eine absolute karibische Wohlfühl- Atmosphäre. Es gibt in der Nähe alles was man braucht, geschmackvolle Lädchen, eine Creperie, Cafés, einen Supermarkt und direkt vor der Tür eine Bäckerei, welche wir jeden Morgen aufgesucht haben. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es gleich hinter dem Haus und der Fähranleger ist zu Fuß in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. In der Marina gibt es kleine Gaststätten, wo wir die Abende schön ausklingen lassen konnten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, was für unsere Inseltouren sehr praktisch war. Begeistert waren wir, dass die Parkplätze gleich am Haus waren. Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Tausend Dank für alles.
