We loved the location. Great neighborhood safe and friendy.

Can't beat the location! The apartment is tucked back in a private, secluded area, yet it's steps from the beach. We would walk to the shore any time of day to take in the gorgeous view, or we'd sit on the patio for coffee or a drink. This part of the beach is quieter than in downtown; it has a much more laidback feel. Yet the town center is a 5-15 minute walk away, depending on where you go, so you can rent a golf cart for an easy ride around town or you can simply walk everywhere. The apartment is comfortable and cool with a nice kitchen if you decide to make meals. On the first night there was some loud music from the nearby bar, but that was the only night with loud activity outside. There's some inevitable street noise but the windows shut out some of it, and what's actually the loudest sound is the waves crashing! It's surprisingly loud but quite soothing. We didn't meet Luz María but she is responsive, helpful, and friendly and we felt we were in good hands.

Me encantó el alojamiento. La cama y almohadas demasiado cómodas, la cocina completamente equipada, nos dejaron agua embotellada y algunas frutas lo cual me pareció un gesto muy lindo habia aire acondicionado y netflix, si vas en plan relax sin duda es el lugar indicado. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar, visitamos varias playas y todas quedaban cerca. lo único que me hubiera gustado es más privacidad en el baño (puerta en lugar de cortina). Demasiado amable y atento el anfitrión. 100% recomendable.

Effie and Steve are fantastic hosts! Beautiful space and well maintained! We are thrilled with our stay at their place, would highly recommend staying there.

A lovely spot. Quiet and private. The pictures don’t show it but there is a table with two chairs on the patio outside the studio as well as on the roof. On that patio all you see is green, it’s lovely. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, lots of pots and pans. 25 minute walk to a large shopping area with a Mega and La Comer as well as a gym. About 45 minutes to the centre of Buccerias, 25 to the first restaurants and to Chedraui. Pool very clean and rarely used, lovely beach. We enjoyed it very much and hope to come back again.

Kelly’s place was a fantastic find! Great location close to the marina and restaurants. The space was lovely to stay in and relax. The surrounding gardens were beautiful to look at and spot the wildlife! Kelly was very responsive with communication and advice including information on how to get to and from the airport. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb and like to stay again.

We had an incredible stay! Our suite was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The suite was right off the pool area, which was refreshing and sunny! Betsy and Manuel offered us many recommendations and had a golf cart and bikes available to rent for our stay. They even offered taxi services to and from the airport. The suite is outside of town which we appreciated. We enjoyed walking to town or the beach every morning and evening. San Pancho is a beautiful town and this was a great way to experience it. We look forward to staying again!

We had such an amazing time at Betsy's place during our time in San Pancho. The location was so ideal, easily walkable to everywhere in San Pan, and we felt right at home on the property. The roof has such a stunning view, and my partner and I enjoyed spending time up there daily for a view of the city and the ocean! We had private massages on the roof as well which we coordinated through the hosts, and that was such a pleasurable experience. The hosts were so responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and just really wonderful people in general! Can't recommend this location enough if you are looking for a safe, comfortable, accessible, sweet (and BEAUTIFUL!) spot for your time in lovely San Pancho.

Belle maison nous avions tout le nécessaire . Très frais Patricia Et Don sont super Nous on intègre dans leurs groupe. Ils sont très chaleureux. Malheureusement les chiens dérangent beaucoup la nuit mais voilà c est le Mexique Merci à a Don et Patricia

El estudio fue como está descrito, un lugar pequeño, acogedor y limpio. Muy bien ubicado en punta de mita, ideal para alojarse e ir a conocer playas cercanas. Los anfitriones siempre atentos, amables, comprensivos. Gracias ✨

Muy amable el anfitrión. El departamento estaba con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia, la cocina super bien equipada, en general todo muy cómodo. La alberca 10/10

La pasamos excelente en el lugar de Kristen! Fuimos con nuestra bebé disfrutamos muchísimo la alberca con calefacción. La vegetación que tienen está lindísima y muy bien cuidada. La limpieza impecable, la cocina está perfectamente equipada, la cama muy cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto. La comunicación con nuestra host muy fácil y agradable, nos ayudó en varias ocaciones. Un lugar muy bonito que recomiendo mucho y que seguro repetiremos. Gracias!

El lugar perfecto para ir en pareja y piensas salir todo el día, la habitación es tal y como la muestran, nos encantó la parte de la terraza de arriba, cuenta con una cocina muy equipada, zona de comedor y una zona amplia tipo sala. Me encantaría si integraran un asador. Sin duda regresaremos

Had an awesome stay at Angel’s place. He is a great guy, very friendly and responsive to the questions. I highly recommend his place for a comfortable stay specially if traveling with a big group. We will definitely be back at his place the next time we go to Puerto Vallarta.
