We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful lakeside house. The location is absolutely stunning — surrounded by nature, peaceful, and incredibly picturesque, just like something out of a Pinterest board. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the noise of the city. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. One of the highlights was the amazing sauna and outdoor hot tub — such a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help, answer our questions, and offer great local recommendations. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to reconnect with nature, find inner peace, and enjoy a serene escape. It was exactly what we needed.

The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

We had great time here! The place is quite and cozy, and Kote is a great host! He took us from Tbilisi with his car, brought us homemade honey and chacha. There is a great kitchen with all the amenities and an outside oven where we made barbecue. Keep in mind that there is no central heating (but a fireplace does its job) and the water heater works only for a few minutes, but the rest is really comfortable! We totally will recommend the place to our friends. P. S. We were here with the dog, who liked the place even more then we did😁

I am deeply impressed by this stay, I can’t remember when last time I saw hotels / glam pings with such great organisation, attention to detail and so on. Artem is super responsive and friendly and the site and accommodation is totally great: food, hot tub, activities, the territory, it’s all beyond comparisons. Thanks a lot for everything !!

- The place is amazing, you can sleep and have breakfast enjoying birds singing and sounds of waterfall. - The farm is amazing: there are horse tours, local restaurant and options for hiking. Btw horse tour was one of the best experiences! - The apartment itself was great: especially light design, bath robes and comfortable bed. - If you are going to stay > 1 day, bring water and some snacks. The restaurant is great, but there are no supermarkets nearby.

Natia was very friendly and always ready to assist me. The room was neat and looks new , kitchen was neat also and utensils neat. The area is quite meaning you can sleep like new born baby without worrying about neighbors noise . I will definitely come back to stay here Highly recommended!
