Beautiful, light and great views 52 sq 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor in a historic Haussman building. Fantastic balcony with views of the mountains. Wi Fi and Cable TV available. This apartment has a secure ski and bike cellar. Fully equipped kitchen. Central heating throughout the apartment. Towels and linen are provided. Situated very central, close to shops, Thermal Baths and Ski lift. Free parking spaces opposite the front entrance.

Enjoy a stylish and central type 3 accommodation, ideal for 4 people family or friends. It is centrally located in Luchon, on the first floor of a magnificent building with character. Close to shops, thermal baths, the cable car that takes you to the ski resort in 10 minutes. Completely renovated in 2022 with charm and modernity, it has a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed with a real bed. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, washing machine).
