You will live in a typical, lovingly restored country house, built in 1862. The apartment is located in the annex of the main house, with private access through the courtyard. The apartment is small, very cozy, bright and individual, with a terrace facing south-east. Nature lovers will be happy, because from there you have a wonderful view of the cottage garden. Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with terrace invites you to play and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has its own realm for the little pirates, which can be reached via the *pirate ladder*. Up there are a lot of games and toys in case the weather doesn't invite you to romp outside.

High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
