An open kitchen, dining room, living room and sunny terrace invite you to relax. With only 20 minutes drive you can reach the cities of Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd and Heidenheim.

Schlechtbacher Sawmill

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

The apartment on the old Holzplatz is a bright, quietly located apartment with a usable area of about 63 m² in Waldhausen. The 2.5-room apartment is spacious and has a terrace at ground level. The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

Tiny House is a former transformer tower 5 minutes' walk from the Old Town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are in the immediate vicinity. The tower has a 32sqm terrace that floats over the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof.
