A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

Hilltop Wellness Villa- Gyönyörű nagy ház az erdő szélén, az Pécs Zoo-tól pár lépésre. A ház maximum 10 fő részére (plusz egy kisbaba) számára kényelmes. A házban összesen 3 fürdőszoba van 3 wc-vel. Az alagsorban finn szauna, pezsgőfürdős kád és edzőszoba található futópaddal. A ház előtt nagy füvesitett, karban tartott terület található, illetve 2 szép terasz. A ház bejárat felőli oldalfalán 0-24 órában működő kamera van felszerelve, mely a kapubejárót és a parkolót figyeli és veszi fel.

"Fully refurbished and nicely designed apartment 30 m distance from City Town Hall. The apartment is located in one of the prettiest and authentic streets of Subotica. Ideal for a short stay. Most of the city attractions are within walking distance. Maps and tourist info is provided. The apartment has all the basic amenities needed for you to have a comfortable rest and it is maintained and cleaned regularly.
