Kemah Boardwalk is a 5 min. drive away and NASA Space Center Houston is only 10 min. This private loft is located halfway between Galveston Island and Downtown Houston each being only 35 min. drive. Tiny Dream House has been just that since I saw the storage building on this property. Now, our vision of an upscale, contained living quarters is complete. Please look at the photos and be clear that this is a “tiny house” experience and will meet your expectations. Often guests choose our low price and expect a hotel or large house amenities. We have upgraded the sleeping from a sleeper sofa to a queen mattress Murphy bed. Don't choose this property on price, but on the experience!

My husband and I enjoy meeting new people and sharing the treasures in the Galveston Bay Area. We are located just 1.5 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, minutes from NASA/Space Center, & halfway between Galveston and Downtown Houston. You’ll love our place because of the quaint island setting, great for sunrise and sunsets. Come watch the boats passing and relax on island time, all while being respectful of our neighbors. We have a pool (not heated) and hot tub. No parties allowed.

Grandma’s getaway cottage.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

The Loft at Green Gables

Cozy barn apartment on a lovely small farm, secluded and quiet in the country. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.

Old Corner grocery store renovated into Cordray Drug Store on show "Restoring Galveston" on Magnolia. This rental space UPSTAIRS is completely separate with its own entrance. Bedroom has queen bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Keurig with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Living room has Smart TV. Washer and dryer! Outdoor space is shared during 12-6 business hours. Expect noise downstairs during shop hours 12-6 pm Tuesday-Sunday.
