Large house luxuriously decorated and very clean in a park with 15 other houses around a beautiful pool. Access to the lagoon included a few minutes drive (20 walk). One word: great!

Everything is excellent, Katy is very attentive and clear, the villa is very nice, with everything you need to prepare food since if it is very far from the city, but everything is very nice. I would only recommend changing the mattresses since they are not at all comfortable, they are like those that have a spring and everything moves, from there everything is excellent. The club you have access to is good the place, but it is not a clear water area, this dark and there are stones.

Excellent place, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, if you need to have a car to move since if it is far from places to eat, we had only the inconvenience that the beach club that they recommended due to proximity to the accommodation was closed by event so if it is advisable to have a means of transport in the face of any inconvenience, outside of that the place is beautiful as shown in photographs and the people in the place are always very attentive and are on the lookout. Thank you.

The house is very nice, it has everything you need. The lagoon is spectacular, there are kayaks and lots of peace. The staff attention is excellent. I highly recommend them to hire the food service since the house is 30 minutes from Bacalar centro and there are no restaurants nearby. It is also important to wear repellent.

A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

I'm speechless and can confirm it's a place I'll definitely get to. There is not something that is not worth it. Thank you for everything

let me tell you we felt like movie stars in this place. the house was beyond beautiful , it was 8 of we split up into two and each couple had there own space with their own bathrooms & there was still a lot of space unused ,it was private ,secure ,with beautiful lagoon in the back yard beyond our expectations. Bartolo the house manager was extremely helpful, kind and received us with a smile he was there for whatever we needed , then there is Mirna she is in charge of cleaning the house she kept the house clean everyday and always showed up with a smile she was extremely helpful ,having a clean space everyday made the house enjoyable even more than it already was . They got us in contact with a private chef and his crew they were amazing food was great and worth the price . We accidentally left a wallet behind and between Bartolo Diego and Pedro they got it back to me Al the way to Tulum with everything in it can’t be more thankful for the best experience of our life .

This place is beautiful great furniture the view of the pool is amazing! the pool was fun to swim & trees all around 😀..it looked enchanting...upstairs beautiful bedrooms with baloney to watch the skies! This place is located in the jungle we were lucky to find it and it's been a positive experience!!

We really liked the place. It's like in the pictures. I recommend to take a car as it is not that accessible. Katy's response was always good and helped us at all times We also liked the beach club Cayuco which is very close

Our stay was 10, everything was clean, with everything you need for several days of stay. The pool area is very nice and clean. The house has mosquito nets, weather, fans, which is very good for the outside weather. From the entrance the reception is friendly and cordial, attentive to our needs without invading our privacy. Not only did they replenish us a bottle of water, they placed it for us as well. They have the basics in a mini store within the subdivision, the other guests respected pool usage hours and music No loud. The road to get there is narrow but in good condition, they have surveillance cameras, so when approaching us with the car, the opening of the gate was immediate. personally we didn't need anything. Thank you, we'll be back. Ah, the Beach Club very quiet and good service.

We loved this place, Kate was very friendly and responsive. Our only regret was not staying here longer, Bacalar is a gorgeous lagoon!

all beautiful safe and quiet, there is always safety and friendliness of all those who work there, it is a little removed from the village above all xq there are construction areas and that makes it later but the beautiful place will definitely return

The house is in a very private subdivision, quiet and clean.The outside of the house is a pool where you can swim all the time.The room is spacious and fully equipped, very comfortable and convenient in every way, the communication is super smooth and the response is very timely.Thanks for everything!

We were delighted with our stay at Katy's cozy retreat in the middle of nature. From the moment we arrived, we felt immersed in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
