The 3500 m2 land where the house is located is ideal for nature lovers. Beautiful apartment near Rio, the beach, the centre and the port

Very well-equipped and spacious apartment facing a very pretty square, right next to the fishing boats, the marina and the shops. A few steps across the square will take you to the charming and inexpensive little restaurants in the harbour. On the other side, if you cross the boulevard, you'll be right in the city centre. You will have to walk along a beautiful avenue for about ten minutes to reach the huge beach of Vila do Conde. Hot water is included; it's a mistake
