Full basement 1 bedroom unit with separate exterior entrance. You will have your own kitchen, free parking space, free wifi, smart TV and your own washer and dryer. The living room sofa can be used as a second bed. Apartment is located 18 minutes drive from downtown Ottawa, 7 minutes from Gatineau park, 3 minutes from Agora mall ( restaurants, coffee places and spa) and 5 minutes from grocery stores, movie theater, banks and gas stations. Area is also easily accessible by public transportation.

A peaceful place where it's nice to relax. Pleasant terrace, bordered by a fountain, shelter and swing, embellished with shrubs and flowers.
