Nice and functional place on the beach. It is good for short and the long term stay. Host vas very responsive and parking place is a great plus. Main downside is that bedrooms are next to the busy road so it can be noisy at night.

What a lovely apartment this was. It was a perfect size for our family of three (2 adults and 1 young child), with all the facilities you need for a reasonably long stay. The seafront location was great and being close to the airport was helpful too. The host couldn't have been more responsive or helpful, all my questions were answered almost immediately! Highly recommended.

We had a very good time at Jasemin's Villa. The house is beautifully and quietly located, ideal for travelling anywhere in Northern Cyprus. It is equipped with everything you could wish for. We can only recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is beautiful, spotless clean, well equipped and with a nice terrace. The bed is also super comfy. We felt at home straight away. It‘s easy to reach by car and close to nice beaches, great restaurants and everything else you might need. Stavros is a host you can only wish for, reaching out, offering his assistance even in advance and making sure everything was perfect when we arrived. The level of detail he puts into making sure we felt welcome and have everything we need was really outstanding: from having fresh flowers on every table, leaving little gifts for us and preparing homemade fresh treats in the fridge… we would love to stay in this house again!

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

I am a regular visitor to this part of Cyprus so I know what I am looking for in a place to stay. Kadir’s place ticks all the boxes for me and doesn’t feel like an effort to get comfortable. The simple luxuries like a comfortable bed and a smart tv the size of a wall and a large sofa to relax on instead of having to sit on the bed or uncomfortable chairs. Kadir has definitely thought of comfort when planning your stay. I would definitely recommend Kadir’s place.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. But the real star of our stay was the host – truly the best we've ever had! Incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel special and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect stay. We can’t wait to come back!

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it

Wow, we had a great time here! We are already homesick. We greatly enjoyed this quiet place. We even had a very private beach for the first 2 days so quiet it was. The house is beautiful and equipped with every comfort. Very modern such as underfloor heating, a lot of sockets, air conditioning and screens against the mosquitoes everywhere. The layout was perfect for our family. The children had their own piece with associated bathroom and so did we. The view is phenomenal. The tranquility of the sea is priceless. The contact with the host was also so smooth and friendly that we felt more than welcome. In short, we hope to come back again. Last point... was recommended via the host a super nice rental company and taxi that picked us up from the south. Once you arrived at the cottage, our rental car was already ready at the door. So well arranged!

I had a great experience renting this place. Fadi was extremely professional, punctual, and reliable throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The location is a major advantage—just a short distance from the city’s main tourist center, making everything easily accessible. The place is well-equipped, comfortable, and comes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

This was the third stay at the property. Hatice is always quick to respond and help with anything. The apartment is spacious and is in a really good location close to the city centre and a short car ride from the beaches. We would stay again.
