A great location... everything super good... only 2 observations.. 1. the pressure of the keys to the bathroom and kitchen is low. 2. the pool hours are not good and 7pm must be out. despite these observations the accommodation is worth it.. Bernhard's apartment is cute, everything is as shown in the pictures, clean, cute decor and impeccable. Bernhard was very proactive to answer me for any concerns. The building pool is spotless and the beach club unbeatable. I'm sure I'll be back with my family.

Good accommodation, you get what they offer and highlighted the possibility of having a beach, a pool and a fun place with security.

Great place, very clean, close to the beach, comfortable stay, very helpful hosts. Just should be aware that the property is barely ocean view. Some of pictures that have hammocks and ocean view are of the sister property across the street that you can access but not of where you will be staying. The is also no living room, social area it’s just and opened space on the first floor that is kitchen and dinning room, second floor also has hammocks. Also the house is in the town, not as isolate as you might judge from the pictures.

Gabriel was very friendly. Always responded to my inquiries on time. The house guard Jonny was very helpful and his wife Zuley helped us with cooking. They both were amazing. The house is big and had everything as described. Me and my family had a great time in the pool especially.

We absolutely loved staying at Martha's place, we will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent

Martha and Gustavo were very friendly and responsive to all communication. The apartment was cozy and cool (good AC) and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was a 3 minute walk from the beach. I can highly recommend this location.

Amazing to enjoy a private beach, made us feel safe and quiet. Enjoying hikes very early in the morning and in the evening.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it's bigger than it looks in the pictures. Mike always looked out for us, we needed something. And the best thing is that it is just 1 block from the beach then there was no need to use the car to go there

Our stay was brief, but extremely enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to the warm welcome of the host, who was kind and attentive to every detail. We travel as a couple with a child, and at all times they made us feel comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere was cozy, and everything was set up to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. It was definitely a very pleasant experience, and we would love to come back at another time.
