Family-friendly holiday rentals in Aÿ

The house was exactly what we hoped for. Peaceful in the countryside yet close to the city to see the sights. We had a bit of a snafu upon check-in but Julie was quick to find a solution that worked well for our family. I wish we had an opportunity to have a champagne tasting but the timing never worked out. However, Julie provided a bottle that was divine... Thanks, Julie!

This place was great and Adeline was wonderful. Great communication throughout. And a little visit to the champagne cellar was lovely. The house was very roomy and clean with all the facilities you could need. The hot tub and sauna were brill. Lots of toilets and showers and a spacious living room. Adeline was a lovely host with great English speaking skills. Would definitely go back - perfect base to explore Champagne.

Beautiful home with exquisite view across village and valley. Very clean and well appointed. Very peaceful. Easy driving to villages and towns of Champagne region. Delphine herself was very friendly, kept us supplied with fresh flowers and cherries from her garden and was very helpful at giving local recommendations. The welcome bottle of Champagne from her family vineyard was especially kind.

Welcoming host. The accommodation is very clean, including the hot tub. Close to the city of Reims which offers very good restaurants.

The place is beautiful and just what we needed at the end of a long trip. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The location made it walkable to nearly anywhere in the village. Host was very responsive to questions. There was plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortably. The only downside was the one toilet. We might have overlooked that in the listing but thought it would contain two toilets since it has two showers. The listing said 'Hot Tub' but there is not a hot tub on site; however, this seemed like a translation issue from French to English. Would defiantly stay again in i was in the area.

We had a great time with friends. Laurence and her family were welcoming and available to ensure a quality stay. The place lends itself perfectly to the quiet little retreat we were looking for. I recommend it, you can go without a second thought. Special mention for the homemade pizzas offered by her son. We loved it.

Excellent location! Right in the heart of downtown! We walked all over to bars and restaurants and it was easy to get out for our champagne house tours. We found street parking but the parking deck was very close. Stairs up to the apartment are as you would expect in a building of this age but manageable. Apratment was clean and as pictured, sleeping our party of 5 easily. The kitchen is well appointed. Nadange thoughtfully had a few bottles of wine, champagne and beer chilling in the fridge available for purchase at very reasonable prices which we took advantage of! The ceiling fan in the living room and the small fans in the bedrooms were helpful as it was unexpectedly warm during our stay. Thankfully, it cooled off in the evening, the only drawback to the windows being open was the restaurant below in the courtyard was setting up early and it was a bit noisy; but when staying in the heart of the city this wasn’t unexpected (same with the church bells). Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Ludivine’s place for a girls trip to Reims. The location is great, central but quiet. It’s very spacious and nicely decorated. The communication with the host was very smooth and we had good recommendations from the host as well. I’d highly recommend Ludivine’s place if you wanna stay in the center of Reims.

Our stay at Olivier's place was really nice! It was tucked away in a beautiful and quiet village, with a really cool view of the surrounding area in a public park at the top. There was plenty of space for the whole family, a well-stocked kitchen, and the wood-burning stove was a nice touch. Great champagne was very close, either in the many small producers in neighboring villages or in the bigger cities that were very close by. All in all it was a nice trip to the area, the location of the AirBnB was great, and we left happy.

We booked Sandrine's place for two nights. Hautvillers is a beautiful village and the cottage was centrally located between a lot of champagne farmers and in the morning it is a 3-minute walk to the bakery. The terrace is blissful to enjoy breakfast in the morning while admiring the view. I would recommend everyone to come here! We'll definitely be back 🤩

Nice accommodation and located in the city center. The welcome was good, the information was clear!

Beautiful location and ideal for with children! An indoor swimming pool is available but also petanque, trampoline, badminton, foosball, table tennis,.. There is no air conditioning and due to the horses and the heat there were also many flies. Ideal location close to Reims! The only negative point is that there was a leaf in which it is asked to clean yourself if no fee was paid for it. As a result, we did not find it so clean considering people themselves (more superficially) cleaning (e.g. Kitchen cabinets, tiles next to the toilet,...). But still we would come back immediately due to the ideal location with children!

We had a good time here. The house is large and secluded, a bit aged but he kitchen is nicely equipped with all the things you need for having large dinners with friends and family. I recommend booking it during the summer season, because with the thick stone walls, I guess the house stays quite refreshing for a while... also the pool and large outdoor area are very nice to use. We'd be very happy to come back next time we are in the region!

Great! The place is as advertised, we had a lovely weekend in this area. Communication was easy. I would recommend it.

Régine is a very nice hostess and the cottage is super. Clean, nicely decorated and authentic. Beautiful and well maintained garden. The swimming pool is enclosed with a fence, so that children without a swimming diploma can be kept out.

Thank you so much to Françoise and Olivier! We loved our stay at their beautiful home. The apartment was so nicely decorated and curated and we felt right at home. The pool and its surrounds that we had to ourselves for our stay were absolutely stunning, and Olivier was so kind to set up the barbecue for us to use as well. Athis was a beautiful town too and simply the perfect place to explore the Champagne region. There are also some excellent roads for cycling in the area if that is of interest. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying with Françoise and Olivier and we hope to be able to return in the future!

The location is simply stunning and so peaceful, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment.

We would love to visit this airbnb with our kids every summer! They loved watching the horses, playing on the playground, and swimming. The other families on-site were friendly and we enjoyed bbqing with them. The location was quiet, but quite close to the champagne houses we wanted to visit. Parking was ample, and the owner had a cute puppy. Our airbnb was large and clean, and my husband appreciated the AC in our bedroom.
