It has 4 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room space with the integrated kitchen. Being located on the fifth floor (watch out, it has no elevator) allows you to enjoy a view of the entire Arousa estuary, being able to distinguish with a simple view of O Grove, Arousa Island and Ons Islands. It has a grocery store in the same building, very comfortable!

Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.
