“Wow! And double wow. If you stay here, every other air BNB will pale in comparison. Debbie is a super host and everything in this superb place was just perfect. She has anticipated all needs and met or exceeded them. We could not have wished for a better place. She has raised the bar so high that others will be hard pressed to meet her standard. I only wish we could have stayed much longer and not had to stay in any other places after staying here. Recommended highly if you want the very best in accomodation. We will be back and soon!”

“Sam and Doug’s place is a great retreat, with the wonderful hospitality from this lovely couple. Communication was good, (Sam made sure we were aware that the route coming from Arthur’s Pass to their place meant a 10km gravel drive, but less gravel if coming from the Greymouth end), and she was very quick with responses. The location has very little cell reception, but WiFi available if you really need to be contacted. The room we had was very well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. Doug is able to advice on the streams that have trout, and that is a big plus for us, so we are definitely coming back! Thank you, Sam and Doug, for a lovely stay.”
