We stayed for 1 night, the house was clean, the kitchen utensils were complete, even though we stayed in the winter, the house was warm, we had no problems at all

They were super helpful from check-in to checkout. The house was really clean and tidy as shown in the photos. The walking distance to the ships was 4-5 minutes, most importantly, very close to the sea. The apartment was very clean, in short, everything was as advertised. It was very close to the apartment, which is located on a traffic-free street, where we would park our car. 5 friends We had the opportunity to stay on the island of Avşa for the first time and we are very happy with our choice. Göksel Bey's communication and approach with us was quite good, and he even drove us from the pier to the house to the pier with his own vehicle. She provided descriptive recommendations and advice on everything. Really friendly person, we all felt like we were friends. The house smelled of cleanliness when we arrived. We did not have any problems with cleanliness, there were every cleaning tool we needed. There were no missing supplies in the kitchen. Everything was easily accessible. We used all the amenities offered and were very satisfied. There was nothing broken. The beds were clean and laid back. The sheets, pillow cases and quilts were always backed up. It was 10 minutes away from the beaches and the grocery store in terms of location. We came without a car, but we had no difficulty at all. It was in a quiet location away from the crowds of the center. After the stay, he asked questions in order to improve the house and eliminate its deficiencies. Looking forward to coming back!

Everything was as advertised. Mr. Ali and Ms. Rukiye welcomed us very well. They took care of everything. There was nothing missing in the room, it smelled spotless. I searched for the shortcomings previously mentioned in a review, but there was none. The pension is central but away from the noise of the tourist crowds. Every need is a few steps away. The sea is close and clean. I especially thank Ms. Rukiye for making me feel at home for a week. It will be the first address we will prefer when visiting Erdek again.

The location is a very peaceful and nice. Ms Leyla was great to deal with. She was very helpful during the entire stay.

A beautiful garden, a patio with a magnificent view, a useful kitchen, a spotless bathroom and toilet area , a quiet bedroom If you have a full retreat stop vehicle, you will be much more comfortable. 10 minutes by car everywhere Cleanliness,calmness,peace,nature,sand and sea can promise another holiday. The beach down the house is clean and very pristine business and there are no facilities nearby, there are other bays with businesses nearby.

We stayed with 7 people in the house where Mr. Oğuz and his family recently started to accept guests. The number of beds and bathrooms were very sufficient. The house was spotless.
