Located 1km from the centre of Morzine, Apartment 12 has fantastic views south over the town and mountains and is accessible via the stairs or the lift. Featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with two double/twin rooms, one small room with bunk beds for two people and a double sofa bed. it is perfect for up to 8 people, but just in case there is also a trundle bed that can be used for an additional guest & travel cot for a baby. Pleasant apartment, comfortable and functional, ideal for families, ski-in/ski-out, located in Avoriaz Falaise district, quiet, close to the covered parking lot and the ESF departure. 39 m2 apartment in the Malinka residence on the 3rd floor at the end of the corridor: 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet with hand washbasin. Beautiful view of the Morzine valley with wonderful sunsets. South-facing. Cleaning, linens and towels included, beds made on arrival.
