We had a wonderful stay at Kyle’s home in Arizona! The house was spotless when we arrived and had such a cozy, welcoming feel. The location was perfect — just a quick drive to both Phoenix and Scottsdale, which made it easy to explore and enjoy all kinds of activities. Kyle was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved relaxing at the house itself — whether we were hanging out by the pool or enjoying the peaceful views by the water, it was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend!

This house was beautiful and had everything we needed to make dinner for our family. The pool was very nice and Joyce had floats for everyone. The rooms were all clean with fresh linens. The area the house is located at is nice and quiet. There are stores close by as well. Very nice place to stay!

Fantastic host and extremely convenient and comfortable place! Was perfect for our family with young adults and kids. Everything was the same as on the listing and we were able to immediately make ourselves at home. Everything was simple and clean. Would happily stay again if in the area and would recommend to friends and family. Host accommodated for late check-out request and was very responsive. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful place with tons of details that really stand out. Lots of extras for an AirBnB. Had so much fun visiting for our daughter’s graduation. Can’t think of anything I’d change or would need that wasn’t already there! Beds were also comfortable.

It is always nice to stay somewhere new that feels welcoming and allows you to relax. Vivian’s home made me think of the Tardis. Looks small from the outside but is very spacious on the inside. The hot water and water pressure are great. Beds are beds couches and seating are very comfortable. The pool is walking distance from the house if you Like to walk and the over all feel made our four hour drive to get there well worth the trip. Would have stayed an additional day if it had not been booked already. Next time I need to stay in Goodyear I will definitely be looking to stay at Vivian’s.

My family of four enjoyed staying here. We loved using the pool. We found a couple of great restaurants nearby. The hosts were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely book this place again.

Had a lovely stay. Enjoyed the pool most of the day and was able to feel at home and get some rest. We loved the decor of the home and the appliances like the huge refrigerator. Highly recommend this Air bnb to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable and well equipped place to stay!

We had such a great time. We hung out in the pool and were able to grill and relax. Check in was a breeze and Allison was ALWAYS available when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was amazing! We were out in AZ on business so we were out a lot, and this place made it so easy to wind down. The pool was very relaxing, and the outdoor seating area made for some great late night conversations. Sharif was also very communicative which was nice for when we needed something. Would definitely stay here again.

Christine was great! Her home is lovely! The sectional upstairs you could melt in! So comfy chilling after pool day! The pool was beautiful! Totally fine temps with no heater! The king size beds were amazing! So incredibly comfortable and the pillows too! We will definitely look at staying again in future! Thanks for having us! We had a great bestie getaway! Great stay, clean and modern had all the comforts of home and enjoyed the pool.

Eva’s place was great in every way. We’re locals, our house was being painted and took much longer than initially expected. Eva was very flexible and allowed us to extend our stay. She communicated with us the whole time, and was very responsive if we had questions. The house had everything we needed, a true home away from home. Equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, really nice TV with all the best apps. If we ever need a place to stay locally again for any reason, I would definitely love to stay here again.

Great hospitality. Very friendly residents and host, they were friendly and very helpful. Notified us the room was available earlier than check in, that was awesome. Suite had a washer/dryer combo, that came in handy for us, beautiful chandalier fan, a/c wall unit and very private suite. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Thank you.

Nice house. Good water pressure and hot water. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great and given how hot it was outside it was a life saver. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus. The Gila River being so close was a nice surprise. Saw it on my way to see the Phoenix Raceway.

Very nice home in a great quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed this place although it was too far from Phoenix for us but we made it work but absolutely no complaints on the home itself. Everything was clean and worked properly. The beds are memory foam and pillows are comfy. I enjoyed my stay.

Was a really beautiful stay! My family of 9 enjoyed the space without feeling overcrowded or uncomfortable. My two little ones absolutely enjoyed the front yard, especially the swings! I look forward to booking this stay for my next trip!

Our stay was amazing. We got into the area earlier than expected and were able to check in early. We used local recommendations to get some great chips/salsa/guac. The house was so beautiful and the pool was amazing and warm. The Arizona heat is no joke and the pool was a life saver!
