Apartment with independent access to the first and last floor of a residential context located in a small village surrounded by greenery just 10 min by car from L’Aquila Centro and 15 min from Campo Imperatore. 120 square metres consisting of a living room with sofa, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and bedroom with two single beds. Free parking on site. Fireplace and stove over terrace for eating out.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Il Riparo between the two towers

The house is next to one of the "seven sporti", historic entrance doors to the old town of Castel Del Monte, nestled between the two towers on the east side of the village. It is small and cozy, easily reached with a short staircase taking Via Giuseppe Verdi and then turning under the arch on the right. The location on the east side makes it very bright,even in winter, with a view from the ridge of Capo la Serra to the northeast, and the Majella mountains to the southeast.

Beautiful independent villa on land of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green of the Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. A few kilometers away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Lake Posta Fibreno, Zompo il Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga Park, the castle of Balsorano, the tunnels of Claudio and Alba Fucens.

Great destination for a romantic weekend for two, but also for three, thanks to an extra bed. Air-conditioned hot/cold, with the addition of a wood stove for those who love a lit fire.

This house is located in a characteristic alley of the medieval village of Civitella Alfedena, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park; reachable only on foot, away from the noise of cars, it allows you to experience village life in the human dimension typical of mountain villages. Free parking in the village from 50 to 200 meters away. Wifi. You can use the fireplace and buy wood, to be ordered - bag of about 20kg, €10.00. Pets are allowed.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
