The new clubhouse has a gym, heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, pickleball & tennis. Just minutes to all the wonderful attractions the high country has to offer!

Parking at top of paved drive may be necessary for rear-wheel drive cars during inclement weather.

200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.
