Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

Angel was very welcoming and professional. All of the instructions were sent ahead of time and by the time we showed up everything was approved and taken care off. We had an easy process of checking-in and were able to enter the property on our own time, as agreed with the host. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very modern. Anything you can imagine is on-site, including your own washer and dryer. The place is spacious, bright, and spotless. Angel is always just a text or a phone call away. Very responsive, attentive, and kind. Highly recommend!

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

This is a small apartment in a great location. If you are visiting Miami and you want go out to explore and come back just to sleep and shower, then this is the perfect place for you. Chloe is a great hostess, very friendly and responsive. Her welcome videos are very informative and with a charming French accent.

Place exactly like what the photos show, the location is very good, the space is reasonably spacious about all the bathroom and the bedroom

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. It's just as shown in the photos. It's well equipped, everything is clean, the place is quiet, the instructions were very clear, and in case of doubts, he responded quickly. We loved it and would definitely recommend it 👌💯

Pete and Vanessa’s Airbnb was great as usual! We stayed here a few times and they never disappoint. It’s very comfortable, clean and cosy and I’ll definitely be staying here when I return and I’ll definitely recommend anyone to stay here

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Cristina’s place was lovely! We really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub and really got a lot of time to relax! She was responsive and more than helpful! We traveled with a toddler and she had a pack n play and a highchair for us along with recommendations for child friendly activities!

Alina was amazing! The house was fantastic, the kitchen was top-notch, and the pool was just perfect. The only thing that could’ve been better was the master room being a bit warmer than the rest of the house. But other than that, it’s a 5-star house! I’ll definitely be back.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

My stay was wonderful! The house and pool we’re both immaculate. My family of five enjoyed every minute of the house and outdoor space. Basia was very responsive with any questions I had. I would highly recommend.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Marlen's apartment is clean, and it was just as shown in her photos. Nice view of the pool and very complete with bed linen, towels and beach chairs! Communication was great I would choose it again

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

The place was clean, the host very responsive, and the view spectacular. The only minor compliant was the A/C rattled in the wall occasionally but I am am very particular so many might not even notice. The value for the money was great.

The apartment was lovely, exactly as described and as the photos show, well equipped and in a great location. Ideal location for beach access and exploring the wider area, being on the free bus route to the Aventura Mall was a bonus. Communication from both Ines and Irene was always helpful and friendly and we really appreciated the information provided for check in.

I loved this place and the area it was in! The host was amazing and I would definitely go back!! Highly recommend!
