Comfortable and clean house.

Really beautiful interior design style that out of my expectation. Also sufficient spaces for three people to sleep. It’s convenient for taxi to pick up just front of the unit door. And also appreciate for the soooo patient and timely response from the host.

Great place to stay! The apartment was cozy and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The location was excellent - close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely come back!

The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

We spent three days with a family with a small child in the house. From the very booking, David was in touch, prompting and giving recommendations regarding the trip. For the little guest, the owner of the house specially prepared a cot and a high chair for feeding, and when we checked in, homemade baklava was waiting for us! The house is spacious, with a beautiful well-groomed area and good furniture. There is also a turtle living on the territory, it was a complete delight for the child) We found a luxurious bloom of roses on the territory of the house. We didn't have time to use the pool and sauna, but they were also ready to use. The house has everything you need for your stay, including slippers, shampoos and shower gels. There are shops within walking distance (about 300 m - a small shop and about 500-600 m - a fairly large supermarket, but you need to walk a little uphill to it). The city center is about 15 minutes by taxi. There are also grocery delivery services. We were satisfied and thank David for his help in various matters!

The apartment was very comfortable, with a great view and facilities.

The stay was great, the apartment is nice, big, everything is new and clean, as in the photos. The view is gorgeous, with an incredible sunset. The host was very responsive. We needed a crib for our two-year-old child, and he provided it immediately, as well as more towels. The only problem was that not all rooms have curtains, so we had to improvise with towels. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, which is very cool if you keep the windows open. There is only one air conditioner in the living room that reaches the entire apartment. And after midnight there was no more water in the apartment, due to maintenance work nearby. The building is also newly built with construction material still around. But we had a great stay, and the host also offered us a place in the garage, which was great. I really recommend it.
