We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. It had everything you could need and the view from the balcony was better than expected. Check in was easy and the apartment felt very secure. Thanks for a great stay- would visit again

Leiligeheten ligger veldig sentralt i Praiada Rocha, samtidig som den ligger vendt bort fra gaten, det er derfor et sentralt men stille sted å bo. Supermarked rett over gata, og hovedgaten med restauranter og butikker er bare et kvartal unna. Veldig kort vei til stranden. Vi fikk god hjelp til innsjekkingen, og vi fikk sjekke inn litt tidligere. God kommunikasjon hele veien. Leiligheten er lys, ren og innbydende. Det er romslig og fint. Kjøkkenet hadde det vi trengte, wifi fungerte fint og vi sov godt i sengene. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake om det skulle bli aktuelt.

this flat has stunning views of the sea and to catch sunsets as well as hang out during the day on the days you may not want to venture just a few hundred yards to the beach by foot. our group enjoyed the spacious floorplan and two bathrooms. it was very clean and well equipped as well.

Very friendly hosts, met with us personally to make sure we settled in happily. The suite is like a 2 bedroom with plenty of space, balcony facing the courtyard, we enjoyed quiet sleep which is important for us. The bed is very comfortable which is a must for us; the last place wasn’t like that at all. The kitchen was fully equipped with little extras to help us with seasonings, oil etc. we found a bottle of cold water waiting for us in the fridge and little chocolates on the table. Minimarkets, pharmacies, cafes, outdoor bars all of them in like a 2 minutes walk. Parking available front and back of the building. We totally recommend and we would be back!!

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at Rita’s apartment. I was in town for a wedding and stayed by myself, perfect for one person! It was a couple of minutes from the beach and in the area were nice spots to have coffee with a see view, lunch/dinner spots at the beach. Rita was super helpful, very sweet and messaged very fast when I needed help. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay in this apartment was really good. The apartment was clean and really close to the Beach and to an supermarked. The Host was super friendly and recommended Restaurants and activities nearby, he also answered questions quickly. All in all highly recommended.

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

Its a nice spacious appartment, good kitchen and balcony, everything is there that you need. Hosts are friendly and quick with their responses. Opted to stay longer since it was so comfortable.

This is a great place to stay, the apartment is lovely. You can walk into Ferragudo with lovely restaurants cafes and beaches. Parking is easy . Friendly neighbourhood. Great

We would recommend this to anyone looking for a first class apartment in a fairly quiet location. The top floor balcony gives access for al fresco dining, sunbathing and evening chilling. The views are simply stunning. the apartment is perfectly located for a few bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. all literally outside your main door. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and perfect. we've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this ranks as one of the very best. also the downloadable instructions to get in are fool proof!! thank you

Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Pools bieten eine tolle Alternative zum schönen Strand um die Ecke. Direkt vor der Tür sind einige Restaurants und Bars sowie ein Supermarkt, super praktisch. Die Parksituation ist sehr entspannt. Wir empfehlen Karines Wohnung gerne weiter und hatten eine tolle Zeit vor Ort!

Dziękuję bardzo Natali za pobyt w apartamencie. Natalia jest bardzo pomocną osobą, komunikacja z nią przebiega sprawnie . Wygląd i wyposażenie apartamentu zgodny z opisem. Nas bardzo urzekła cisza i spokój który tam panował. Piękny basen, wokoł domu, dużo zieleni i czysto ,piękna okolica. Polecam z całego serca pobyt u Natali . Dziękujemy

João was a fantastic host! He personally greeted us to tour the room and let us know his little “tricks,” and gave us ample recommendations. We had lots of room in the apartment and it was within walkable distance to everything. Old Town is a fantastic place and there’s lots to see, and his apartment is right in the center of it (but enough on the outskirts that there isn’t too much noise). Very much worth our stay and we will recommend him for future travels!

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.

Een heel fijn appartement. Het was er netjes en schoon. Blijkt begin dit jaar gerenoveerd te zijn en dat is te zien. Fijn om de auto in een garage te kunnen parkeren. Het heeft prachtig uitzicht, goede locatie en zeker als je een auto hebt een prima uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf in Portimao. Duidelijke communicatie met de heren van het appartement. Zeker waard om nog eens naar terug te komen.

Bruno’s place was exactly what was advertised. 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Europe and 10 minutes to city center. Perfect for my family and our short trip to Lagos. Bruno communicated daily and gave some tips about what to do in Lagos. Overall a great stay and would book again.

Maria was a great host and so helpful with anything requested. We had an issue with the lobby entrance of the building and she resolved this by communicating with the building management. We had a great time in the accomodation and felt relaxed for our week abroad with the children

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter in der Wohnung von Ingmar und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Wohnung ist viel größer als man auf den Fotos denken würde. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Zum kochen abends und draußen auf dem Balkon essen einfach perfekt! Ein wunderschöner Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem sind in der Umgebung alle highlights der algarve mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal zu Gast. Vielen Dank Ingmar!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang und eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist darüber hinaus sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns ganz besonders bei Elaine und Stephen für einen gefüllten Kühlschrank, all die anderen Annehmlichkeiten sowie für die wunderbar herzliche Kommunikation. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Excellent séjour en Algarve. Tout était conforme à nos attentes, et le logement très bien situé, à proximité des restaurants et commerces. La piscine est un plus non négligeable.

Très belle endroit et très bien situer près de la plage et des restaurant. Le seul accros selon nous est que la deuxième salle de bain n’est pas adapter pour la location pour deuxième couple. Elle est vraiment petite. Autrement nous y avoir passer un très beau cinq jours merci
