We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

We went to an event at the São Paulo Expo, with 4 adults and a baby. The house is simply very cozy, we felt at home from start to finish. Elaine was super predisposed and cordial, we arrived late and yet she checked us in with great sympathy. The house is very complete, it has basically everything a family needs and in my view, personally it is better than what is seen in the photos. If I have the opportunity to return to São Paulo with friends, I will stay again.

I had a 6 day stay. That frltblike it was ivet yoo doon. The place was better than the pictures portrayed it as being, and the pictures were great! The space was very clean, actually super clean, just impeccable! There was ample space and different work desk options, great appliances and an excellent home-like feel. Great WiFi signal and strength. The Itaim Bibi location is just perfect. Pedro was an incredible host, friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable about the area, with great recommendations, and tips. I will stay here again whenever I need to stay in São Paulo. Did I mention how the condo building is simply stellar, with great amenities, breathtaking views of the city and nearby park from the rooftop pool and lounge for guest. The building’s staff were very helpful. I know I said great quite a bit, because it was in every aspect. I would sum up the place and experience as: GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOST. Very good stay, very well-equipped studio

The apartment is as it is in the photos, a cutie, cozy, clean, organized. Paula was very attentive, when I arrived the bathroom light wasn't working, I contacted her, who quickly arranged for someone to fix it... always responding to my messages with great politeness and speed. She took great care of the apartment beforehand, leaving the bed linen clean and fragrant, and with a welcome chocolate. The kitchen and utensils are well maintained… Soft bed, and the sofa is very comfortable. I only stayed 3 days, but I would have stayed much longer. The fact that it was very close to the airport, a determining factor in my choice, did not hinder anything, as I could not even hear the planes. The gym is super good for training. I'll definitely stay again.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The place is excellent, impeccable! It was the best accommodation I've ever stayed in. The environment is extremely clean, well organized and complete with everything that is necessary: kitchen utensils, personal hygiene items, cleaning items for the environment and etc, it has everything. The location is excellent, it is a very quiet neighborhood, easy to access and with good options of places to visit that are nearby. I would like to highlight the security of the building itself, which I was very satisfied with. I only have compliments to make about the accommodation and also about the host, as Davi was always very receptive, polite and understanding. I will definitely rent again on other occasions when I go to SP.

I would like to register my satisfaction with the accommodation in the flat, highlighting some points that made all the difference in my experience: First of all, the location is excellent, with easy access to strategic points of the city, which makes the stay even more practical and pleasant, whether for professional or leisure commitments. In addition, the furniture and structure of the flat are of high quality, comfortable, well maintained and functional, reflecting a special care for the well-being of the guests. Finally, I could not fail to praise the kindness and attention of the administrator, who was always cordial, helpful and ready to help in everything that was necessary, which certainly contributed to a peaceful and welcoming stay

I loved the place, I found it easy to find and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to come back more often. I loved my stay at Natalia’s place. The building is safe and secure and the room was clean and equipped with absolutely everything I could need! Natalia is the absolute best host you’ll find- she was so so helpful and always responsive when I had questions (and I had ALOT!) I highly recommend Natalia’s place- you’ll feel right at home 😊
