What a fabulous week long stay we had in Felipe’s beautiful condo in São Paulo! Safe, secure and excellent location. The unit was immaculate with great attention to detail. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Two bathrooms and W/D are such a bonus. We loved the neighborhood with many restaurants to choose from and a grocery store a block away with more nearby. Felipe was very attentive and responsive. He had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do during our stay. We highly recommend Felipe’s place for your stay in São Paulo!

In addition, the furniture and structure of the flat are of high quality, comfortable, well maintained and functional, reflecting a special care for the well-being of the guests. The apartment is really beautiful, and the view is not even mentioned… These days there reminded me of how poor I am, and why I have to double my work this year to conquer my own apartment with high ceilings. 😅🤣 I recommend it ✅

Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just one important note is that depending on the route you take, the GPS may direct you to pass through the favela.

The imovel eh gorgeous as in the photo, well located, easy to enter on arrival. Clean, it has everything, great bed and great shower! Yummy Sol and full kitchen! Would recommend!

This was the second time I stayed at Maria's apartment and, once again, it was an excellent experience! The place is beautiful, modern, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Everything is thought out in the smallest details to provide comfort and well-being. I felt at home! I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely come back other times.

Everything was perfect in our 2-day stay at Ms. Rafaela's Studio. The place is exactly like the photos and description. Great location. Sheets, towels and rooms all clean. The shower is great with warm water. Check in went smoothly. Friendly and very helpful condominium staff. There is a market very close by. I would recommend and would return to staying at another opportunity.
