We are 10 minutes from the Renoir museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland,lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. wifi(fiber) throughout the house.

In the town of ETROCHEY in Côte d'Or, the Moulin sur la Seine, equipped with a wellness area with SPA and SAUNA open to nature, is ideally located 6 km from all shops. This mill, from the 18th century, is built on an arm of the Seine. Ground floor: Large equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms with fireplace and musical piano, bathroom and toilet. We will be keen to make you spend a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backgrounds in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city centre of Châtillon-sur-Seine.
