Large parking, covered terrace, leisure lawn, table tennis. Pets not allowed. Internet. Activities: hiking, bike riding (the greenway) and fishing lake (black bass), kayak.

Ideally located in the centre of Cazères, in a quiet area close to the church and the market hall, where a farmers’ market is held every Saturday morning and an ‘Estiv’Halle’ market is held in July and August. Not to mention its funfair and its fabulous flower-decorated parade during the long Pentecost weekend. Quick access to the A64, easy parking and close to all amenities Not to mention the many hiking trails with views of the Pyrenees and our water sports centre, which is open in summer.

And other villages with nice French markets are nearby. Including St Girons or Mas d'Azil and the Sunday market in Montbrun Bocage etc. The Gîte is only available to adults.

The accommodation is quiet in an entirely wooden style, inside and outside. It is equipped with a 35m2 room with kitchen, shower, and toilet. And on the mezzanine, via the staircase, there are 2 separate beds with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. The maximum height is 2m. Outside there is a garden with a terrace of 10m2, where you can eat, drink and rest. In the courtyard closed, you can park your vehicle in front of the front door. Electrical vehicle charge is forbidden.
