Relax with your family or girlfriend at this peaceful place. Here you have a headland all to yourself. In the summer we can offer a fantastic place for morning swimming, canoe and a grazing horse herd outside the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor toilet and there is no electricity and water in the cabin. It provides a unique opportunity to live a little easier and connect to life, nature and moments. During the winter months you can fire in the fireplace, fish, ice swim, ski and ice skate or just enjoy the tranquility of the forest!

The house has everything needed for a nice stay both summer and winter. Modern and well equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a shower. Two living rooms with TV, games, books, three bedrooms and a large sofa bed. The house is well suited for quiet days, family cozy or cozy accommodation, and is only 15 minutes from shops, 1 hour from Oslo as well as Gardermoen airport, and Sweden.

The place is the end point for Refugees Route starting at Skullerud in Oslo (about 12 km long) On the same farm is a 2 floor house that can also be rented.

Cabin with a view overlooking Mjermen

Cozy newly renovated cottage with a view of Lake Mjermen. The cabin has outside plating and a small lawn, there are also two dog yards with separated isolated dog houses. Nice and quiet location in stunning nature, with endless hiking opportunities. There are two bedrooms in the cabin with double beds one loft that can be two and one sleeping sofa in the living room. The dining area in the living room has room for 10. The cabin is equipped with air to air heat pump that keeps it warm all the time.

Peaceful cabin by the river Mjerma

"Bakker" is a real gem! Dating back to the 1800's, the cabin is situated in quiet and private surroundings of forest and farmland one hour from Oslo and another small hour from the Swedish border. The standard is simple, but the cabin has electricity and (cold) water and is useable all year around with a refurbished chimney and fireplace. You can swim in the river nearby, visit the lake Mjermen just a 10 minute walk away, go for hikes and much more. Family friendly.

Knut's cabin at Sot Lake

Cabin on the water's edge, completely undisturbed, located 3 meters from the water. Beautiful view of Sot lake and forest! Electricity, but not water. Single bathroom. Decent mobile coverage. Outhouse right by the cabin. Swimming and fishing opportunities. Access to a rowboat. Two bedrooms with bunkbeds. There are duvets and pillows, but no bed linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) Living room with large dining table, wood stove and panoramic view.

The country house is located close to idyllic Skuleruds Lake, which is part of Haldenvassdragen. Perfect for canoe tourists who want to explore the Halden watercourse. The forest behind the house is full of blueberries in the month of August.
