Fretheim Farm. Architect-designed cabin.

Side by side with the apple trees in an old, organic orchard – the oldest part on our farm, «Fretheim Gard» – you'll find it: Beautifully situated by the fjord in Flåm, only a short walk from the center of Flåm and station area. The cabin is architect-designed by Stiv Kuling and was completed in 2023. It's built entirely of Norwegian pine. A modern, bright, and comfortable cabin with stunning views, a peaceful location, and close to hiking trails and natural attractions.

The cabin is one of 4 self catering cabins/rorbuer beautifully situated on the waters edge a 5 min walk from the Flåm railway station/harbour. Best location in Flåm with panoramic views. The use of a boat with a small outboard is included in the price, unfortunately not in winter. High standard cabin (1) by the Aurland fjord

A high standard cabin by the shoreline of the Aurlandsfjord, Western Norway. The area lies peacefully by the fjord, with its own parking lot and a quay with the opportunity for boat rental. The cabin has three bedrooms, a veranda facing the fjord, and is equipped with fiber-optical WiFi, Smart-TV, shower, washing machine, dishwasher and a wood stove. Boat must be booked in advance of arrival.

It is a short distance to Flåm with Flåmsbana and Flåm zip-line, the world heritage area Vestnorsk Fjordlandskap Nærøyfjorden, the Viking village in Gudvangen and beautiful Aurlandsdalen. There is a road to the door, while the cabin is located in the middle of a great hiking terrain.

The house is on 2 floors, living room, kitchen and bathroom on ground floor. 4 bedrooms and bathroom on ground floor. The house has a garden and 2 verandas. The house is located 7 km from Flåm center, with Ralarvegen and Flåmsbana as the closest neighbor.
