This seasonal home, built in 2023 is just steps away to a beautiful sandy beach. Swim at high tide or just relax on the sand bars at low tide. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Dig your own clams for supper (pail / shovels provided). This property is situated on the beautiful south shore of PEI, overlooking the Northumberland Strait. This adorable home is centrally located between Summerside and Charlottetown. You may even see a cruise ship go by on it's way to and from the City of Charlottetown.

Ocean Front ,Three Bedroom Cottage

Located on the beautiful south shore of PEI on the ocean. It is a cozy and comfortable new, three bedroom cottage. The decor is very modern and light. Wifi, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 -queen , bedroom 2- queen , bedroom 3 - single and 2 doubles. TV (50 inch) is located in the open concept living area. Also, TVs are in each bedroom. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean with BBQ and deck furniture. Air conditioned.

The Keep Cottage

Cozy into the Keep and use as home base for PEI adventures. Classic PEI seaside experience! Ocean front with private aluminum stairs for spectacular beach combing. Soak in sunsets with a view of the Confederation Bridge. Only 10 mins to Victoria by the Sea & Confederation Bridge. 35 mins from Charlottetown. Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.
