Holiday rentals with beach access in Augusta

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

It's all about the view. Livio's apartment is comfortable, clean, well-maintained and properly equipped. Perfect for a couple. Livio is a helpful and responsive host, greeting us on arrival and making sure we understood everything about (for example) gaining access to the gated area and parking our rental car. Our rented Peugeot 208 only *just* fit in the space. Stazzo is a small and fairly sleepy town - more of a village. The local restaurant and snack bars are good, but limited. Visitors really need use of a car to get to more interesting places in the vicinity. Acireale, Taormina and Etna are in easy reach, with Messina a little further. The most amazing part of staying in Livio's apartment is the sea view from the balcony, looking out over a lava-flow beach. Just stunning!

Great place to stay, the apartment was large and clean, was well equipped and is close to shops and restaurants. There is ample parking around the area for those who are renting a car! Would stay again!

We were thrilled to have spent a few days at Alessandra’s place. It’s proven to be a great idea to opt w Ortigia to within Syracuse, lots to see, walkable, amazing architecture, mini beaches around. This specific house has been great as it’s east facing that seemed a bit more quiet side of Ortigia, through the windows you overlook the sea and a cute square. We enjoyed just taking short coffee breaks across the street by the water. 🌊 The space is perfect for 2 ppl equipped w all we needed even for eating in and cooking some basic things. Coming by car, accessing the island and parking needs some attention, but nothing you couldn’t fix and Alessandra has been a great helping hand here w hints.

We had a very good time in the apartment! Marisella is responsive and wants the guests to feel good!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Salvatore has a lovely apartment where we felt so welcome, comfortable and at home. We needed to change our accommodation part way through our week in Ortigia and Salvatore’s speedy responses, understanding and welcome treats when we arrived help make this stay an absolute favourite for us. The apartment is lovely, stylishly decorated with everything you need. Loved the small outdoor terrace and big windows for light. Location is exceptional - you are in the heart of beautiful Ortigia though it’s so peaceful. All you need is easily a couple of minutes walk away - though if you don’t want to wander more than a couple of steps there’s a cafe directly opposite. We were also very grateful for Salvatore assisting with parking - in a safe underground garage nearby on the old island for €20 a day. Much better than parking over on the mainland. As a couple, for your Ortigia stay - Salvatore’s place is perfect. Thank you Salvatore for a fabulous 4nights.

This is a fantastic location; you wake up next to a great beach and the view is wonderful. The place was very clean and the hosts are friendly and helpful. You're close to famous Sicilian highlights.

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

Villadamuri was perfect for our four nights in Pachino - couldn’t be closer to your own private beach, kitchen is super well equipped if you want to cook in and the separate upstairs apartment with an incredible view is a bonus. Viviana was a lovely host, left us thoughtful welcome gifts on arrival, gave great local recommendations for Noto, Pachino and Marzamemi and organised a Sicilian cooking class for us at the villa. We’ll be back!

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

Beautiful place that is wonderfully decorated. Excellent location and close to many sites in Siracusa. Really enjoyed it.

We had a good time in the house, easy beach access. The last 100m to the house is a dirt road and you need to be careful driving at night.

The two apartments are located in a beautiful private villa with ample outdoor space, private gate, space to play for those with children, outdoor showers, barbecue. They are communicating externally, suitable for two families who know each other, so it was perfect for us. Everyone has their own privacy, but you can share a dinner together from the outdoor terraces. The apartments are super equipped, we found everything you need and even more. Super equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor laundry room with a washing machine to share. The sea is just a few steps from the villa. The beach is completely empty in our period, clean sea, but it is a shame to stop at this beach because 10/15 minutes by car you can reach beautiful beaches and cities by car. It is a very quiet area, there is nothing around so a car is required to move around. I don't recommend it for chaos,nightlife,clubs and restaurants within walking distance. Congratulations to Carlo for the care of the villa.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

We were very happy with the place. Great location, the ceilings were high and the rooms spacious. The fact that the bathroom is quite small did not bother us. At weekends it was sometimes quite noisy. Since it is a corner house, there is quite a lot of noise from the outside. Otherwise, we were able to sleep very well. We were provided with a crib & baby chair and contact with Aurora was also reliable and fast. We have left a parasol at the property and hope it can be used by other guests as well.

Our stay with Angelo was nothing short of amazing. The host was incredible and provided us with an amazing experience in Catania. We had a stressful situation occur (nothing involving the host or property) whilst staying and our host helped us to sort this out and provided us with a private driver to help us out. Our trip felt less stressful with the host at hand with recommendations, help, and anything we needed. They responded to our message almost instantly and were there if we needed anything! The apartment was incredible, exactly as pictured. The views were amazing and the beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! We loved our stay and felt right at home - the BBQ grill, the board games, and the views were our favourite parts of the property :) We can’t thank Angelo and his family enough for the amazing stay and support we received during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if we found ourselves in Catania again!

Everything is great! Martina is a wonderful host! The terrace is wonderful with the beautiful olive tree, where you can eat nicely and enjoy the evenings.

We loved the stay at Maria's AirBnB. The location is awesome, the place was very clean, and Maria was very responsive. She met us at the door when we arrived to greet us and show us around the apartment. It overlooks the confluence of Siracusa and Ortygia and overlooks the water. Everything is very walkable with a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area. It is very chic. Parking can be a challenge, but we managed.

Well-located accommodation, close to Catania, Etna, and 1 hour from Taormina. A little out of the tourist center, but several restaurants nearby in Aci Trezza. Excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants by our hosts. Very nice welcome by Julia, many recommendations and detailed information. Accommodation a little cramped if you imagine staying at 4, but ideal for 2 people! Perfect equipment, with beach essentials, umbrellas if needed, etc.

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
