City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). You are looking for a two-room apartment in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the highway feeder (2 min) and B14 (3 min). Then you are in the right place. The apartment is located in a central location: 3 min walk to the bus stop, 15 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk to downtown, supermarket in the immediate vicinity. (organic market 5 min walk, Aldi 10 min walk) In total, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people ( sofa bed and bed)

Our modern self-contained apartment is a new building, which is in a very quiet location overlooking Murrhardt. There are two free parking spaces in front of the house. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
