Great location, just a few minutes walk from many harbourfront restaurants, cafés and bars and great to have the sunrooms overlooking the water Kim was brilliant, helpful and fast to communicate and we had a great stay The included Gym and Pool are 30 seconds walk from the apartment and that was a bonus Thanks, Kim

Lynne is truly the best host we’ve ever had. She welcomed us with a big smile, warmth, and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. The place is absolutely lovely, with breathtaking views, excellent bedding, and beautiful furniture. Everything was thoughtfully prepared,homemade muffins (they were amazing!), snacks, chocolates, and even asking for our milk and wine preferences! Her hospitality truly went above and beyond. Lynne made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. We left feeling relaxed and really appreciated the care she put into every detail. Highly recommend—we’d definitely book again. Thanks, Lynne!

Great apartment in central Auckland. Close to many restaurants and cafes (Murdoch's being a standout). Had a ball.

Great location, close to everything including some fantastic restaurants, a woolies and cafe basically at your door, and easy connection to the city centre. The fish and chips shop is fantastic. The property had everything we needed for a fantastic city holiday.

Had a great stay at Simon's place. Incredible area, very walkable and close to transit. Instructions were very clear to get in and use the carpark. Great spot to kick off our New Zealand adventure.

Other than a little trouble finding and getting into the parking garage, we had a fantastic stay. The location cannot be beat. Easy to explore and enjoy Auckland. Very walkable. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

This house is beautifully situated right on the water - at high tide the water reaches the wall. The house is beautifully decorated and feels very homey. With a log fire, a separate granny flat and 3 other good sized bedrooms, we loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent as always. My parents really enjoyed their stay. I'm quite certain they will be back....quite often. Hard not to though with such stunning views and such a beautiful clean place, thank you xx

Amazing modern accomodation with a stunning view. Great location (though is a drive to the beach) but great for walks on the estuary. Quiet & private enough. Really nice high quality build. Will be back for sure.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The surroundings were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect escape. It’s truly a fantastic spot for larger groups looking to create unforgettable memories together.

What a unique location! We really enjoyed our time at the house. The views were even more amazing than the pictures can convey. The house was very clean and Lynne was great at communicating as well. No issues at all!

We loved our stay. The location was amazing being so close to the beach, as well as restaurants and the equipment hire shop. The house was cute and just what we were after with an outside room for the kids to sleep in. We’ll definitely be keen to stay again. Thanks so much!

Great place. aweesome view if you love the harbour and boats. some clubs are loud over the weekend, but listening to live music on the deck is not as terrible as it sounds (and its alot quieter if youre inside with the doors/windows closed). The cafes, restaurants and bars that are on your doorstep have great food and atmosphere. I can recommend Giraffe, White and Wongs, and Wildfire from this trip. The ferry terminal is 5-10 minutes walk from your door, so exploring the islands in the hauraki Gulf is right there. Lots of shopping and malls are 5-10 minutes walk inland. it's a great location with everything very close by and what isn't, is just a short uber or lime/flamingo scooter ride away. Warm, caring host thats very helpful, responsive, and lovely to deal with. Thank you once again Becky.

Linda is a very responsive and helpful host and the place is very comfortable and well-equipped. Lots of little extras made us feel right at home.

Fabulous hosts, lovely accommodation. We stayed for three nights, and all loved it including our puppy. If we didn't have to be back home for things, we would've extended our stay by a couple more nights. I'm sure we will be back again though. Thanks for the lovely stay

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location of the air bnb is right next to the harbor area and many things are within walking distance. This was a great location, clean and the host was so easy to work with. I would rent this unit again and I highly recommend it to others.

Had an awesome time and stay. Extremely close to the town and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Irene and Neil were great hosts and very friendly.

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
