Holiday rentals with a balcony in Auckland

Very good hosts and quiet apartment stay

Good location and the flat has everything you need - great that it has laundry/kitchen etc. It’s fairly small but no surprise as the photos are accurate. The check in is slightly odd but as long as you follow the instructions, no issues!

Our stay was wonderful! The flat was everything that we needed for a weekend or in Auckland. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The view from the patio was both City and a slice of the harbor which we loved. It was a particularly warm and muggy first day in the flat, but the air conditioner worked perfectly. We had been worried that it was going to be difficult to get the keys from the shop next-door because we didn’t know what we could do with our car while retrieving the flat and parking garage keys (because I’m disabled). This wasn’t a problem as there is a loading zone right in front of the building and the shop where we got our keys. We also rented a parking space from Betty (about a block from the building). It’s a very short walk to get back to the apartment building, so unless you have disability issues like me and my partner, this is very easy to use. We had a little bit of trouble with the walk back with our luggage because of our unique situation.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a week. The additional bedroom and bathroom made the stay very comfortable for our adult daughter who was traveling with us. It’s in a very convenient location-a short walk to the grocery store and the CBD. The included parking space was valuable to us as well. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

The accommodation was very well located, tidy, it had everything we need in the kitchen, bathroom, washing machine. The host is very responsive if you have any questions, the access to the pool, sauna, gym made my stay more pleasant knowing that he has much more half of my stay... Thank you very much!

Great place to stay for our time at Waiheke. It is located in a beautiful spot with ocean views. We had a car so it didn't matter being out of walking distance to shops. The kitchen set up allows for a night in if you'd prefer and having the cot for baby made our trip easy.
