Come and recharge your batteries in an authentic setting where the calm and beauty of the landscapes will punctuate your stay.

Built by me in such a way as to make this accommodation autonomous and pleasant, you will be able to experience a reconnection with nature. Close to two ponds and the river, surrounded by greenery and animals, immerse yourself in the world of this mythical animal and leave with the memory of an unforgettable experience.

The spa is the perfect place to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the countryside. It comfortably accommodates two people. Located in Burgundy in a small quiet village 20 minutes from Auxerre (10 minutes from the A6 Auxerre nord motorway exit), Chablis, Joigny 30 minutes from Tonnerre, 50 minutes from Troyes, 10 minutes from Laroche Migennes train station and 2 hours from Paris. Mont Saint Sulpice is a village with a bakery and a Proximarché.

Magic Treehouse

The 6 m2 Magic Cabin is one of the smallest but also the most atypical of our cabins. This cozy nest is perfect for a romantic getaway in the countryside. Come and enjoy our famous region in an original way!Everything has been designed to ensure a comfortable stay. It has a double bed, as well as a kitchenette to prepare your breakfasts. You can enjoy the common swimming pool, heated and covered from the end of April to the end of September.

35 m2 house with lake view, for 4 people, located 100 m from the beach and a playground for children as well as the port and all the activities offered there. Fully equipped rental with private garden and terrace as well as the possibility to park next to the house Come and discover the largest artificial lake in Europe and its many activities (tree climbing, water activities, bike path, mini golf, casino...) easily accessible on foot.

"From fur to feather" with Nordic bath

Small, handcrafted maisonette with an area of 19 m2. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is fully equipped for short or long stays. Bicycles are available (free of charge), as well as a swimming pool (shared in high season) or a Nordic bath. The highlights of the accommodation are of course the calm as well as the location in the middle of the fields and forests for total decompression. With family or friends, come and visit us.

Overlooking Lake Der, a 35 m² house for 4 people with private outdoor area. Fully equipped rental with fenced garden and terrace. Enjoy the Nautical Station with direct access to the Port of Giffaumont and the beach. The location is ideal for walking (hiking circuit, birdwatching and bike path from the accommodation) and activities (boat ride, motor boating, fishing, tree climbing, JOA casino, children's games, restaurant...)

Garden table with private space, barbecue, private parking. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please let us know in advance if you need to arrive after 7 p.m. Check-out until 11 a.m.
