My accommodation is located in a country district formed by a group of villas near the center ,the house has an independent entrance and a private garden, a few kilometers away you can reach the sea , at /5 km you can find chieti and the civil hospital, the entrance to the highways and the highway for Pescara are 2/3 km away and from the house you can admire the peaks of the stone and the mailletta, the place dominates the tranquility and at the same time the proximity to all the essential services

Log cabin with great view

The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

Ancient Rock in Calascio - The Court of Sabatino

Typical stone house, completely renovated and nestled in the beautiful medieval village of Calascio, just 2,5 Km from the dramatic Rock (Rocca Calascio) and just 5 Km from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Castel del Monte. The house consist of 2double bed rooms with view on the valley, a twin bedroom, a big livingroom, a full equipped kitchen and bathroom. The courtyard is perfect for breakfast or lunch, or just to stroll at the sun. Every comfort, including wi-fi,without losing the original feel.

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
